Inside the store is spacious and feels calm. The staff is also cheerful. There are table seats and tatami mats, so there is room. On weekdays there is a set menu of various donburi and soba, but on Saturdays and Sundays it is basically the standard menu. The soba was firm and delicious. Tempura soba is 1400 yen, tempura is served freshly fried. (Shrimp, eggplant, shishito) Note that payment is cash only. Having a parking lot also helps.

Neighborhood soba shop! Sasadiri udon is a specialty! This time I wanted to eat rice for lunch, so I chose mini tendon seiro soba! The tendon is freshly fried and delicious! For the time being, the soba came first so I took a picture, but I forgot the picture of the mini tendon! haha

Visited during weekend lunch. Sat down after queuing for a while. Ordered ten-seiro soba 1,400 yen. Tempura was fried crispy and delicious. Especially the shrimp tempura was quite grand. Like a general soba shop, it feels lacking in volume, so in terms of volume satisfaction, it was lacking.

Came around 1 PM on a holiday. Soba noodles are short, as if they are a collection of scraps? It's fine if there are long ones occasionally, but almost all are less than 5cm. I ordered for 2 people, but the other person had normal length. If that's the dish, it can't be helped, but I will never go again.

City soba shop. Sasadiri udon is a specialty menu where thin udon mixed with green bamboo in a sushi tub is served with tempura. Nabeyaki udon is also good. Of course, Japanese soba is also high quality. Revisit 2021/6 I feel the quality of soba-kiri has dropped. The way of cutting is sloppy and the aroma is weak. I don't think it's just a problem of the new soba season. Revisit 2024/10 After all, Shinomiya's Sasadiri udon is profitable and delicious. It feels more profitable than ordering soba.
