PokéPark Kanto was such a fun and memorable experience and felt like stepping into the world of Pokémon in real life. The attention to detail throughout the park made everything feel immersive, and there were so many little touches that made it exciting to explore. What stood out most was how interactive everything felt. Instead of just looking at Pokémon-themed decorations, it felt like the environment was designed to make visitors feel part of the experience. There was a good balance between attractions, themed areas, and places to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere. The design of the park was impressive and there always seemed to be something interesting around the next corner. It was fun spotting details and seeing how different areas had their own style and energy. Whether you’re a longtime Pokémon fan or just going with friends or family, there’s a lot to enjoy. The staff helped make the visit even better by keeping things organized and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The whole place felt well maintained and easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Overall, PokéPark Kanto felt like a place made by people who really understand why Pokémon is so special to so many people. It’s fun, immersive, and memorable—definitely something I’d want to experience again.
View on GoogleIgnore the bad reviews you see about this place because as a long time Pokemon fan for 15+ years I can tell you that the experience you have here will be absolutely UNREAL. I waited 2 months to attend and it was everything I wanted it to be plus more. The staff members are absolutely amazing and kind and made me, a foreigner from the USA feel so at home in their country. I cosplayed Summer from Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs with my ukulele Pichu and even Pichu was given a warm welcome!! I came in the afternoon and the sun was out and about to go down and the park was absolutely breathtaking!! Such lush forest and greenery with lots of adorable pokemon and Easter eggs from the games!! The Pokemon center experience with Nurse Joy is absolutely incredible and the actress they hired to play her is so pretty and cute and embodies the character very well. I was given the chance to have my Pichu be healed at the Pokemon center and even he was happy to be there! The drinks are good after a long day of walking especially the Applin juice made fresh by your local Applin (rest in peace buddy)😅. Great for Pokemon fans of all ages and I cannot wait to see what they add to this park in the near future!!!
View on GoogleWe had so much fun here! Getting tickets was really difficult but so glad we managed to get Ace trainer passes as we had so much more included in our ticket than advertised. The special meet and greet with Eevee and Pikachu was really special I've never seen my daughter laugh so much. There were digital and print outs included and was a real happy surprise. The park is beautifully done with the statues, sounds and landscaping so well thought out with beautiful touches. The park rangers were really engaging and my daughter loved learning the Pokemon facts and what the names are in Japanese. As we had to buy our tickets in two lots, we didn't have the same times as each other for thebpika sparks show, but the staff were really accommodating and managed to seat us all together. The Pika sparks stage show was really impressive and enjoyable. We went around the route twice, to the shop, stage show, markets, poke centre, and rides and spent pretty much the whole day there. It was a real highlight of our holiday and something special none of us will forget.
View on GoogleI thoroughly enjoyed my visit on a weekday. Mind you, even though it was midweek, I felt it was a rather busy. I had to queue for an hour just to get some Poké Balls, which were capped at 10 per person. There are plenty of shops selling Pokémon merch. They have a display of 6 Pokémon pins, and you can swap your own pins for them. Just bear in mind you need to show your receipt. It was brilliant fun wandering around the park with my Dragonair! We even popped into the Pokémon Centre, where Nurse Joy "healed" my Dragonair, which was a lovely touch. I arrived around 10am and left at 5.30pm. I arrived around 10am and left at 5.30pm.
View on GoogleAttended PokePark Kanto today for the first time on an Ace Trainers ticket. Buying the ticket was incredibly hard as an international buyer - something which really needs to be looked at. I ideally wanted the middle option but everything was selling out in seconds so on my 3rd attempt I ended up paying more for the Ace Trainers ticket just to secure any tickets at all. I didn’t understand why they gave us ace wristbands upon entry because I still needed my ticket QR code scanned at everything we did. The park itself is really clean and well organized. The Pokémon exhibits are fun and well thought out. Lots of pokemon to see in different habitats was entertaining and nostalgic. Staff were friendly and always smiling, especially during the shows! One thing we really enjoyed was the Pika Sparks show, probably the highlight of our day. It was clear a lot of effort and production had gone into it. Merch was nice and a reasonable price. We especially liked the headbands! It was great to see everyone wearing them and the hats, seeing which pokemon is people’s favourite. The pokemon were frequently walking around the park for guests to view and take pictures with. A downside to our day was not realizing you needed to be there first thing to secure entires and purchases. We arrived at 11:30 and the playhouse had completely booked up and the PokeMart had already sold out of 2 out of 3 cookies. We didn’t realize the pokeball pins would sell out and there was permanently a huge line. Thinking we’d wait for it to calm down, we went back to queue up around 14:00 only to see staff had taken down the queue line and were holding signs saying the stall had closed. This was really disappointing that the stall was sold out with 4 hours of the day left to go. Seeing people walk around with bags full of pins, whereas I wasn’t able to get a single one despite having the Ace Trainers ticket, felt a bit unfair considering how pricey the ticket was. Not to mention completely missing out on the playhouse. We also waited almost an hour to enter the PokeGym. We did enjoy our day and had a good time but were a little let down by certain things. I’m glad we went and we had fun, but I probably wouldn’t go again considering how costly the ticket was and the fact a lot of things are booked up or sold out after only around 2 hours of the park being open.
