We always have a great time and great food here! Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is no english menu however the japanese menu is illustrated with pictures which make ordering much easier. Ingredients are of good quality and making your own okonomiyaki is so much fun!

First off the customer service here is amazing. The staff is really friendly and did their best to help me even though I dont speak any Japanese. The food is really good and there is a variety of different okonomiyaki dishes to choose from. They also do take out which is also great and they are not too far from the station. Definitely recommend this place.

Visited on a Sunday noon, the inside of the store was very crowded. Ordered simple all-you-can-eat, 1880 yen including tax. The method has changed to reading the barcode with your own smartphone to order. I ate two types of monja and three types of okonomiyaki. Although it is half size, it seems to be about two-thirds the size of a single okonomiyaki. All-you-can-eat is an empty plate exchange system, but while cooking on the iron plate, you can order the next one, so there is no blank time where there is nothing to eat. [Previous post] I enjoyed all-you-can-eat okonomiyaki here. Since the okonomiyaki container they bring is half size, it was good to be able to eat various types of okonomiyaki and monja. Because there is a median strip in the middle of the facing road, if you are driving towards Inagi Station, you cannot enter the parking lot. A U-turn is required somewhere.

As mentioned in other reviews, first of all, from the moment I made the reservation by phone, the staff's tone was blunt and didn't leave a good impression. We were planning to visit with 7 people, and they told us on the phone, "We only have a table for 6, so one person will be in a seat like a birthday seat, is that okay?" We agreed to that. However, the seat we were actually given was in the path of the delivery robot (even though other tables for 6 were empty). Therefore, if customers came to the table behind, the person in that seat had to stand up and move the chair every time the robot passed, and put it back after it passed. And halfway through, other customers were actually seated at that back table. When I asked the staff if the robot would pass behind us if an order came in for that table, the reply was, "We don't know which route the robot will take, so if it passes behind you, please just move your seat a little, and the robot should be able to pass." I was dumbfounded by this answer and left immediately after. I was truly surprised that they expected customers to stand up and sit down every time an order came in for another table. Couldn't they have shown some consideration, like having the staff carry it for a little while? If it's impossible to accommodate 7 people, I think they should have clearly explained at the time of the reservation that "the person in the birthday seat will have to move every time the robot passes." Furthermore, the moment we entered the shop, without even checking if we had a reservation, they just said "We're full right now" as soon as we opened the door, which made me feel very bad (actually, when we went in, there were many empty tables for 6. Maybe they wanted to turn us away because we entered as two people?). Also, the service from another staff member was unpleasant. When we ordered potato mochi, it was served frozen with butter on top, and since we didn't know how to grill it, we asked the staff. They replied with an exasperated expression, as if asking such a simple thing was annoying, saying only, "Grill it however you like. You can grill it with the butter on the bottom or leave it on top." In the end, we had to try it ourselves, and there was no kind guidance at all. Since we were asking because we didn't know, the overall attitude felt condescending and very unpleasant. From the phone service, entering the shop, seating, to the explanation of the food, there was no consideration for the customer throughout. As this is a shop I have loved for a long time, I am truly disappointed by this incident. I hope for improvements.
