I wanna go again.
View on GoogleI visited for my daughter's special occasion. I took the plunge and ordered the "chef's omakase course". Every dish had a gentle, easy-to-enjoy flavor, and while saying, “Yummm,” I couldn't help gobbling it all up. (Thanks for the surprise) It's always full at lunchtime, so making a reservation was the right call. The interior felt relaxing, and we said things like, “This reminds us of "MISONO", the Western-style restaurant that used to be in Akiruno.” Many of the customers were dressed casually, there was plenty of conversation between diners, so I didn't feel nervous. (I don't mind not being able to hear the explanations of the dishes) The staff kept an eye on things without making it obvious, and came over whenever they were needed, which was the nicest thing and made it feel comfortable. Not being able to hear the dish explanations is why "atmosphere=4". (It's okay even if I can't hear them)

View on GoogleI watched Kodoku no Gourmet, and the reviews were good too, so I visited. But perhaps my expectations were too high; I don't think I'll return. First, I don't know whether they cut corners at lunch, but I ordered the Mamma course. The minestrone appetizer was like baby food? Hospital food? Thick and mushy, with a bland flavor… I mean, it's minestrone, but did they not sauté things enough in olive oil or something? Overwhelmingly, all the dishes seemed made without oil or salt. The greenish appetizer was like kamaboko, and what surprised me was the peperoncino: the garlic came to the table soaking in oil, but it was incredibly burnt (roasted, maybe?), in an unpleasant way (all bitterness). I thought they'd pour the oil on afterward, but they didn't, so it was suuuper dry! What's this?! It wasn't delicious at all—or rather, how can they make such dry pasta their signature dish? The pizza had a crispy-style crust. There were lots of mushrooms, so it seemed Japanese-style? Combined with a slightly fishy-smelling sauce, it wasn't tasty. And the dessert was incredibly tiny; maybe this alone was ordered from an outside supplier? It was particularly ordinary. Apparently you could get refills of the after-meal coffee. I couldn't understand why this restaurant was so popular, to the point of wondering whether the reviews were planted. Since the prices were fairly high too, I consider this money an expensive lesson. Basically, my recommendation level is low, and I think other Italian restaurants or chains have much more reliable flavors. Making it myself might taste better. Anyway, it was disappointing.
View on GoogleOur child was away on a school trip, so my wife and I decided to go out for dinner. We were looking for a restaurant, and this one seemed nice, so we went in. There was quite a wide selection on the menu, but we ordered the Elegant course. Each dish was beautifully plated and delicious. We ordered peperoncino, and watching them lift the garlic out of the oil and put it on in front of us made it look delicious, and it was. We chose a course this time, but ordering à la carte at lunch or dinner seemed like a good option too. It's an unpretentious Italian restaurant that seems suitable for children, so next time I'd like to go with the family. Thank you for the meal.
