I’ve known it was here for a long time, but lately I’ve started coming often. What draws me in is definitely the inexpensive lunch, the portions & the deliciousness. Today I had the daily set meal. Pork fillet tonkatsu, beef menchi, salad, pickles, miso soup, a small soba, and a large rice, all for just 1000円 ㊗️ The other lunches are also cheap and varied, making it hard to choose. The drinking snacks are cheap and plentiful too, enough to enjoy drinks at a soba shop. Next time I’d like to come by train or bus and have a drink. It’s right in front of Naganuma Station on the Keio Line, so it’s convenient.
View on GoogleI think this is a community-oriented soba shop. The soba was ordinary, but it seems like it would be comfortable when it’s not crowded. It has a leisurely atmosphere. The katsudon was delicious.
View on GoogleTatami seating! Chairs too! The interior was very clean and felt like visiting my parents’ home—so comfortable ^_^ There were so many menu options I agonized over my choice, but the soba I had was really delicious ♪ You can also enjoy a quiet daytime drink ‼️
View on GoogleVisited after 18時 on Sunday The parking lot is a little way away Had beer and soba shochu mixed with soba cooking water while ordering light snacks Forgot to order grilled fish and sashimi, but will next time This time I enjoyed some nostalgic sobagaki suiton After 12時 on Sunday, entered without waiting A Sunday evening in 2022年1月 Felt like having a little drink at a soba shop As you’d expect at a soba shop, the soba shochu with soba cooking water is delicious The tanuki tofu hot pot has that soba-shop flavor They also serve fish, and the yellowtail collar is delicious A rainy Sunday evening Quickly had beer, barley shochu with water, and soba shochu with soba cooking water For snacks, a fried skewer set, shrimp and foie gras ajillo—unusual at a soba shop; the dishware is soba-shop style, but it’s delicious! Added a natto omelet, and had a little of the katsudon set, for exactly 4000円 Cheap and delicious Came to eat soba, but had two glasses of soba shochu with soba cooking water, with yellowtail collar and eel omelet as snacks Delicious and surprisingly inexpensive Overwhelmed by the variety of snacks, on par with an izakaya Maybe next time I’ll come for a leisurely drink!?
View on GoogleThis is 中清 near Naganuma Station. It’s an independently established offshoot of 中清 in Kichijoji. It isn’t exclusively focused on soba: there’s udon, rice bowls, eel, and sashimi too. There are plenty of drinking snacks, so perhaps it’s best thought of as a place for drinks. The soba noodles are thin and firm. The flavor made me wish I could try a 100% buckwheat version too. The spring vegetable tempura was to my taste, with bamboo shoots and onions. If I had to mention a drawback, the staff are a little slow to respond. They often don’t react when customers arrive. That’s disappointing.
