One of the best ramen in Hino. However service is a little slow. The master cooks each bowl carefully and individually. [Edit] There may be complains that he is slow but recently he has faster preparation and cook finish in 10~ minutes.
View on GoogleIn the Tama/Hachioji area where people favor Hachioji style ramen with sweet mentsuyu (dashi soy sauce used for udon broth and tempura sauce), this is hands down the best straight forward shoyu (soy sauce) and shio (salt) ramen in the area. Quality and harmonious ingredients with no additives, leaving me always satisfied.
View on GoogleNo matter what anyone says, this is god. Hachioji. I have visited over 10 ramen shops in Hino but there was no ramen shop more delicious than this one. (I think there is subjectivity.) The feeling after eating is very good. I feel happy. I feel like this is the only ramen shop that has this kind of feeling. In the midst of current ramen that costs about 2000 yen if you eat a lot, if you have 1500 yen, you can add a flavored egg chashu bowl to a chashu bowl, so I really can't lift my head. Since there seem to be only 2 boiling machines, I think there will be waiting time, etc., but you can definitely eat polite and delicious ramen that can only be eaten here. However, if I have to say one thing, it is very regrettable that it happens often that I cannot eat because it is not open at the time I want to eat most on a holiday evening (lol)
View on GoogleI had the shrimp salt chashu noodles! The soup is the color of tonkotsu? But it was a well-balanced salt-based soup, I who thought there was no punch power when I heard salt ramen, but there was more punch power than I thought! There was another review that the noodles didn't blend with the soup, but the soup had a strong taste, so I felt it was just the right medium-thin noodles because if it was too intertwined with the noodles, the aftertaste etc. would be affected. Chashu was also finished into a product that conveys commitment! It doesn't fall apart but it's soft! The taste was also well-seasoned so it's not easy to get tired of. Since the shop is in a place that is hard to find, it's like a hidden famous shop! Next time I will try the flavored egg or the yuzu powder that is on the table? I will try etc!
View on GoogleWe went as a family of 3, the taste is on the delicious side, but the operation is bad and the skills are bad, it took 30 minutes to serve ramen even though there were no other customers. Also, it was not served to the three at the same time, 25 minutes after entering, my wife and son's ramen were served, started boiling noodles from there, started heating the soup and 10 minutes later my chashu noodles came. Both had finished eating, and I felt sorry to make them wait, so I ate in a hurry. I think there are few shops with such bad skills. I only recommend to those who have time to spare. I do not recommend it because it is not served at the same time for 2 or more people. [Revisit August 29] Flavored egg chashu noodles 1000 yen and small chashu bowl 250 yen, today it took a little over 15 minutes to serve, but it was delicious. Is it a ritual to start boiling noodles after 10 minutes of ordering and sitting down? 3rd photo, 4th photo March 4, 2024 visit Ordered chashu noodles 950 yen and chashu bowl 400 yen. This time too, 10 minutes after entering, started boiling noodles, weighing noodles one by one and skills are bad. The price went up but the taste was not delicious. Chashu heated in the microwave is dry and cannot be said to be delicious. I have been microwaving it for a while, but this time it was especially dry. Noodles are stretched with chopsticks after boiling, but because days have passed, some are stuck and the texture is bad. It takes about 2 minutes to stretch noodles and plate them, so the soup has cooled down. I haven't been there for a long time, but the level has dropped significantly, I won't go again for a while. Serving is about 15 minutes. December 30, 2024 visit 17 minutes until bowl served, flavored egg chashu noodles 1050 yen, ordered mini chashu bowl 300 yen. 3 times microwave until serving, flavored egg, chashu, chashu for mini chashu bowl, 3 times hearing the microwave sound, then served. Chashu lost moisture and is dry, flavored egg is delicious for microwave. This shop would not be able to operate if there was no microwave. The taste is down.
