ルミエルLe miel
A small restaurant run by a married couple in the Tama area. Ingredient-focused modern French cuisine based on classic French cooking. We use butter and fresh cream sparingly, and make our stocks and sauces without food additives or preservatives. Our body-friendly dishes pay particular attention to how vegetables are boiled and meat is cooked. Everything is handmade, and we also put care into after-meal desserts. Our baguettes are from France and served freshly baked. We accommodate food allergies, so please feel free to inquire. Dessert plates for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions are also available. We look forward to your reservation.

An excellent french cusine experience in this locality. An authentic French from a very experienced chef is always a dream come true!! Also we had lacto vegan requirements for the team and the chef was very candid to prepare a lovely dinner course which we really enjoyed!!
View on GoogleLanch course is valuable and delicious! The cheapest course is 1620 yen including tax 8%. I ate chicken which was juicy and crispy. The density is enough for the lunch. I want to go there again.
View on GoogleI visited for dinner after booking in advance. I had mentioned my pregnancy when reserving, so they were very considerate about details such as the air conditioning and meal contents. I could enjoy my meal with peace of mind, thank you. Personally, I found the anchovy toast and fish dish especially delicious. (I forgot to take photos….) The other party that evening also had a reservation, so I think booking is the safer option.
View on GoogleA casual French restaurant run by a married couple. Delicious and reasonably priced, with dishes unique to this place, making it suitable for bringing someone special. The portions are generous too, so you can have a substantial meal. It's always busy, so it's best to book ahead. Parking is available, but spaces are limited, so I recommend checking in advance. If you also want to enjoy alcohol, public transport is a good choice.
View on GoogleMy favorite French restaurant in Hino City. Despite being French cuisine, it somehow doesn't feel heavy. Nothing is overly salty or overcooked, and you can tell every dish is made with care. Above all, I love getting freshly made food piping hot. The tableware and interior are mainly plain white, giving a very clean impression. My absolute favorite is the sweet potato potage. Rich yet gently flavored with a hint of sweetness. You add the white pepper scattered around the plate's rim to taste as you eat. My top main-course recommendation is beef cheeks braised in red wine. The fall-apart meat is tender enough to cut with just a fork, and the umami-rich sauce is deeply flavorful too. Even if it isn't on the menu, you can usually order it by asking when calling to reserve, so do try it. Visiting here always leaves me feeling soothed and warmhearted. I hope this restaurant continues for many years.
