Visited around noon on 8月6日. Ordered the kalbi yakiniku bento with 2倍 meat for 890円, chicken nanban for 550円, kalbi yakiniku, a karaage bento, and pork miso soup. There was an employee with exceptional customer service skills. They carefully confirmed each person's order with eye contact and a smile, and handed over the bentos smiling as well. While waiting for mine, I watched their interactions with other customers, and the service was genuinely moving. The bento was delicious, of course, but the smile and service made it taste even better. 「ホッともっと」 warmed my heart.

I forgot to reserve ehomaki and was disappointed that I couldn't buy any at another branch, but this branch accepted same-day reservations, so being able to buy it was a lifesaver. I thought the advertising power of a certain idol was amazing. Thank you.

I ordered 6 together at lunchtime, but they were ready quickly, which was a big help. Orders are still taken verbally as before, so it's easy even for people who aren't used to screens.

I got the Doraemon Lunch (curry) to take out, but perhaps because the hamburger steak was too burnt, my child couldn't bite through it. Are the finished meals being checked properly? I have some doubts about its quality as a product served to customers.

I mostly order online, but it takes about 40 minutes from ordering to completion, so it's inconvenient if the timing doesn't work out. Also, despite advertising pickup without waiting, you collect at the same register as walk-in customers placing orders, so you end up waiting anyway.
