There's free parking for about 6 cars. You order on a touchscreen machine, and I could pay with Suica or cash. You can wait for your order on one of the 4 chairs inside. There's a tax office next door, so it might get busy around lunchtime. When I went at 11:30 on a weekday, there was maybe one person waiting, if that. I ordered 3 items, and it felt like they took about 10 minutes to come out. If you're used to fast food, it may feel slow, but the quality is high and has a handmade feel. I think it's good bento. If there were one nearby, I'd want to come back regularly.

Visited after 20:00. There were 4 people in the kitchen, yet the wait was 30 minutes… And my single nori bento was even overtaken by a customer whose order was taken later. The girl at the pickup counter started clearing food waste from a large transparent bag in the kitchen while cooking was underway, then served customers when the bento was ready without washing her hands. Unhygienic. I thought they should stop using the touchscreen ordering system. Seeing people who ordered face-to-face at the register get their food first and leave made me angry. I won't use this place again.

This Hotto Motto has been newly renovated. There's an automatic payment machine where you can pay with a transit IC card. Since it's a Hotto Motto Grill, there are more menu options than at a regular Hotto Motto, including the grill bento series. The parking lot is relatively spacious too, so I think it's convenient to stop by on the way home from work.

Has the ordering method changed? There are 2 touchscreen terminals inside. Follow the on-screen instructions and a ticket is issued. Keep the ticket, walk straight past the counter, and sit down to wait. It's a number ticket, not a meal voucher, so collect your order when your number is called. Be aware that if you wait at the counter to hand over the ticket, they'll give you a puzzled look.

This was my first visit since it was renovated into Hotto Motto Grill. I bought a kalbi yakiniku bento. First you order the kalbi yakiniku bento at the ticket machine, then choose the type of rice. What disappointed me was that rice costs extra with some bento meals. But the bento was delicious.
