I tried 「フレスコ」 for the first time. There are several good places nearby, so I had never had an occasion to visit for lunch or dinner. Its concept is apparently 'フレスコ is a casual, reasonably priced creative Italian restaurant.' Lunch does indeed start at 700円 with coffee. The 700円 item is サラミチーズトースト. Looking at the menu, it is more café food than Italian: pasta, omurice, risotto, and hamburg steak. I ordered 「ハンバーグステーキ(デミグラスソース)」 (900円 including tax); the hamburg steak did not feel homemade. It is better not to expect much from the food or service. There were few customers inside, and it was nice to relax while listening to music. Perhaps it is a place for leisurely chats with friends rather than enjoying a meal.

Dinner for two on Friday night. A hidden gem where we just managed to get in without a reservation even on the last day of the PayPay promotion! Generous portions and tasty, though the seasoning is a little strong. As food to go with drinks or for lunch, an absolute yes!!

First visit for lunch. Omurice is their specialty, but I made the mistake of ordering something else! It is quite salty, but perhaps that is how it should be with wine,,, I think the lunch is very reasonably priced.

Delicious! The omurice is the best I have ever had😋 Today is my 3rd visit, but I have ordered nothing but omurice. There was a shocking notice! Apparently they are closing on 9／20! It makes me sad to think I will no longer be able to eat this delicious omurice😭 I hope they somehow find a way to keep going!!

There are plenty of dishes that pair well with alcohol. I especially recommend ジャーマンポテト and 牛肉のカルパッチョ.
