This place had the feel of a shop that has long been loved by the neighbors. There is no parking. I bought チャーシューメン from the ticket machine (cash only). It came with plenty of チャーシュー, which was plump, tender, and very delicious. The noodles were on the thin side. It's delicious 八王子ラーメン with a crisp soy sauce flavor.

I thought the ramen was delicious. The thin noodles have a nice bite and hold the soup well. The balance between the fat in the soup and the slightly strong seasoning is good too. My first 八王子ラーメン in twenty years, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

The soup was salty, and the rice was cooked rather soft, so neither was to my taste. As for the ramen, I felt, “Maybe it would have tasted a little better as a final bowl after drinking…

A 八王子ラーメン-style shop serving only soy sauce ramen, with slightly wavy noodles and an animal-based broth with a bonito-stock aroma in the aftertaste. Compared with みんみん, the flavor was softer and gentler. The customers seem to be mainly people from nearby companies. There is no parking, but there is a 三井 paid parking lot nearby.

This is 八王子ラーメン that makes you want to eat it again after trying it once. The noodles are thin and hold the soup well. There isn't much onion. The menma is tasty too. The チャーシュー is thick and very meaty. If it were a little thinner and melt-in-your-mouth, it would be absolutely perfect. There is parking about a 2-minute walk away. The interior is fairly spacious, with a decent number of seats. The shop is clean, and the ramen spoons and other utensils are thoroughly washed, giving it a hygienic feel.
