My favorite Ramen outside of Yokota. I love the butter ramen, fried rice and gyoza. We call this Truck Stop Ramen but I’m not sure if the name.
View on GoogleHighly recommend is Shio butter ramen, and niku gyoza ( meat dumpling ). They're offering draft beer as well.
View on GoogleMy first visit to 満北亭 in a while. When there used to be one near home, I'd go night after night clutching 500円. It was after noon, with 2 customers already there. I sat at the counter and ordered miso butter ramen and gyoza. The gyoza take quite a while to cook, so the ramen is slow to arrive too. It's always like that, so it doesn't bother me. Whenever I come here, I debate between shio butter and miso, but I often end up having miso butter. The strong miso flavor hits you head-on with a deliciousness all its own. Then the butter melts into it, making it truly delicious. The vegetables are tender too, and this is a flavor you can only get here. It makes me so happy to keep enjoying this familiar taste unchanged. The gyoza have a lot of moisture, but I've always loved how juicy they are here.
View on GoogleHad miso ramen and 3 gyoza. For better or worse, the miso ramen had a nostalgic taste like something from a university cafeteria. Old-style miso ramen, while the gyoza were very delicious, with vegetable sweetness and a clear meaty flavor. The interior was old and couldn't be called clean, and the staff lacked energy, so I wished there were at least a livelier atmosphere. Ramen costs a fair bit these days too, you know. I want to enjoy my meal comfortably.
View on GooglePerhaps because I came at an odd hour, it was quiet and uncrowded The kitchen is big, too big… I ordered chuka soba and 3 meat gyoza, but the ramen tasted a little weak. Nothing the provided pepper couldn't fix, and it had an old-fashioned feel The gyoza were remarkably substantial for their size
