Very friendly staff. This place has everything you could ever need. Showers are clean and the PC spaces are comfortable.

I used 快活CLUB 東大和店. The interior is relatively calm, and I think it's a convenient branch for reading manga or taking a short break. It has the facilities and services typical of 快活CLUB, such as a drink bar, so it's handy for passing a little time too. However, what personally disappointed me was the lack of fully enclosed, lockable private rooms. Lately I've often used 快活CLUB locations with lockable private rooms, which are very convenient for working or staying a long time, so I felt this branch would be more convenient with them too. There's no particular problem for short visits, but those wanting to relax without worrying about their surroundings or who prioritize a private space might find it a little lacking compared with branches offering lockable private rooms. The location and usability as a regular internet café aren't bad, so it seems best to choose according to your needs.

The usual 快活 quality. The booths aren't fully enclosed private rooms, but they can be locked. They don't feel as isolated as private rooms, but they offer a reasonable sense of security. Also, the cups are paper cups. Good news for people who prefer paper cups, since few branches use them.

There's a woman on staff whose customer service is awful. She only watches her wording, but seems to brush everything off carelessly, and her bored attitude comes through and makes you uncomfortable. I used the darts area, and she kept chatting with one group of customers, perhaps because she knew them, while cleaning the tables carelessly. It was unpleasant to watch, and I don't think that attitude is acceptable when we're paying to use the place. Please improve.
