はやし田Ramen Hayashida Shinakitsu Shop
We generously use whole duck and Daisen chicken, simmering them, and are particular even about the water to make a more delicious soup. Our noodles are a masterpiece blending several carefully selected wheats in an exquisite balance, achieving a high level of firmness, smoothness, and flavor. It's just a 1-minutes walk from Shinakitsu Station. Our Ramen Noodle Soup are made from duck and Daisen chicken and featuring noodles made with strictly selected wheat.

View on GoogleAfter the rain A ramen ride on my road bike Since I was doing back-to-back ramen shops, at "Hayashida" I chose the "Rich Shrimp Tsukemen" It really is rich I mean, I love shrimp, right! You might be like "how would I know", but it was packed with shrimp flavor and super delicious I could eat it even as my second shop! Should've ordered the oimeshi (extra rice)💦 Thanks for the meal✨️😋 Now! Ride! Ride! Gotta burn off the calories💦 For two shops' worth💦 #はやし田 #つけ麺 #新秋津 #ロードバイク #サイクリング
View on GoogleI had the shoyu ramen and the tori paitan ramen. Tori paitan is hard to make distinctive, so my impression was just a normally tasty ramen. The shoyu had a sharp soy sauce edge and the dashi flavor really stood out (I couldn't tell what dashi it was), giving it a very distinctive deliciousness. It was delicious, so I recommend visiting at least once if you haven't been.
View on GoogleThe interior is very clean and easy to use. The ramen has character too, and the value for money isn't bad. It's a place you can casually drop by when you're in the mood for ramen.
View on GoogleI had the Ajitama Tantanmen and the Maximum Oyakodon ! I already knew it was good, so this was my second visit. Again, I got a delicious tantanmen that didn't disappoint! The soup was well seasoned, and the thin straight noodles were firm! The soboro and red onion toppings were great too! The Maximum Oyakodon was reliably tasty as well! I came during a quiet time, and the staff seemed to get along well, with a friendly, cheerful atmosphere! If you're eating ramen in Akitsu or Shin-Akitsu, this is the place! I recommend it
