A ramen shop about 40m to the right along the tracks from Higashimurayama Station's east exit. Visited around 22:30, my 3rd visit and first in half a year. 0 customers before me, 0 after, and the owner was as unfriendly as ever (haha). The small interior has about 10 seats along an L-shaped counter, with no tabletop menus. You order from the sign outside or the menu posted on the inside wall. Ordered 中華そば(630円)+a medium bottle of beer(450円). The broth is animal-based (chicken? beef?), with a salt? soy sauce? flavor. A little back fat floats on top, but it's light and goes well with the medium-thick curly noodles. The chashu is tender with no unpleasant smell, the menma has a good bite, and the soft-boiled egg is very tasty too. Considering the price, it's an excellent dish. Thanks for the meal.
View on GoogleA place that feels halfway between a ramen specialist and a neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The food is at that level too.
View on GoogleThe interior doesn't feel clean, and the owner is inexplicably grumpy and unfriendly. The ramen's taste was disappointing too. I regretted going in, but the prices are reasonable, so I'm giving it two stars. I won't be back, though!
View on GoogleOrdering 中華そば and 小哲 飯 as a set is the best! Delicious. Next time I'll have 酸辣麺サンラーメン‼️
View on GoogleThe miso ramen has a slightly unusual taste. This might be a place people either like or dislike, depending on their preferences.
