The atmosphere, food, and location were all perfect. At first glance the exterior looks like nothing more than an apartment building, but it's a tucked-away restaurant. Up the stairs there is terrace seating, which might be nice in spring and autumn. The interior is clean and slightly dim, with a lovely atmosphere. It was quiet and the food was very delicious, so I'd like to return.

I happened to stop by on a hot summer day at a station I was visiting for the first time. I parked in a nearby paid parking lot and climbed the outside stairs to the apartment building's 3rd floor, where there was a pleasant terrace and the restaurant door. I ordered a half-size strawberry shaved ice. Even the half size was quite large, and on top of the strawberry syrup were sweet stewed strawberries, which were delicious too. I think you should definitely add the optional condensed milk. The mango and grape versions were also very tempting. Other customers had ordered curry, and its delicious aroma caught my attention too. There were lots of dishes I'd want to try if I came hungry. Since it was a hot day, I asked on my way out, assuming the cat manager would be resting at home. Even though I'd already paid, they called the cat manager out onto the terrace. The big white manager slowly approached and flopped down as if inviting me to pet him. The staff also gave permission, saying, 「It's fine to pet him」 and 「He enjoys having his bottom patted」, and I got to enjoy a blissful moment. I'm glad I worked up the courage. Thank you. I visited around 16:00, and the restaurant was moderately busy. With its calm atmosphere and lovely interior, I felt it was a place beloved by locals. I'd like to visit again.

A cafe with a wonderful atmosphere, run by a married couple. It's on the 3rd floor, up the stairs on the outside of the building. In cooler weather, spending time on the terrace feels lovely✨️ The food is delicious too. The ナポリタン uses thin noodles with ketchup fried until fragrant, which is very much to my personal taste🍝 If your timing is right, you can meet a big white cat. He's very used to people, and when you pet him, you can feel firm muscles beneath his fluffy fur, which is very reassuring🐈️ A cafe I highly recommend!

My first time getting off at JR新秋津 Station. I visited shortly after １４:00 on my way back from 航空公園. It was my first visit, and payment is upfront. They said グリルチキン would take 30 minutes to serve. Normally I'd tend to avoid that, but I had time, so I ordered it. I chose a terrace seat rather than sitting inside. There is grilling equipment on the terrace, where they take their time cooking it. It was a shame I couldn't see it being grilled because of the cover. The グリルチキン had grill marks, a crispy outside, and a moist inside. Together with the vegetable sides and bread, it was a well-balanced plate in every respect, and I enjoyed it very much.
