Great ra-men
View on GoogleStopped by for a lunch that was too late. There was no one in the shop, when I entered the staff was eating in front, so it was a bit tense! Ordered fried rice and gyoza, even though it should have been only my order, but it took quite a while. Fried rice and gyoza were delicious. Fried rice oil is a bit much, huh (lol) I will come again!
View on GoogleFeels nostalgic Warm atmosphere like a town Chinese restaurant A comfortable space while still being full of vitality. Ramen is a rich pork bone-based soup with the sweetness of back fat overlapping A bowl where umami spreads slowly. Thin noodles lift the soup firmly The mellowness of the seasoned egg is a good accent. Gyoza skin is crispy and fragrant The filling is juicy and very satisfying.
View on GoogleI used it when I was attending a driving school nearby. Until about 8 years ago, there was Egawatei near my house but it closed Since then I haven't had a chance to eat it, so I often came because of nostalgia. Staff are all polite, when I have luggage, they immediately prepare a basket, and they cooperate so that there is no waiting for orders. Interior of the shop cannot be said to be sparkling, but it is well maintained They maintain old-school Egawatei in a good way. Ramen, although the price has risen compared to the past I didn't feel a big change in taste. Personally, I order "Seasoned egg noodles, thick noodles, strong taste". Fried rice is also cooked with a Chinese wok and served with the expected taste. It would be nice if there was a set of ramen and half fried rice Because there is no half fried rice setting, sometimes I order regular size fried rice like the attached photo. Payment method other than cash, various cashless methods can be used.
View on GoogleI used to go often when Chinese noodles were 500 yen, but because garlic became paid and repeated price increases, I didn't go anymore, but after ten years I went again, it was completely different. Char siu is thin and small, back fat used to be white until the soup was invisible... Quality seems to have been lowered significantly and instead the price has exploded.
