This place was absolutely fantastic! The service was great and every single plate we had was amazing (we had 8 plates 😊)!! We definitely recommend this place, we will be back for sure!

It depends on the situation, but. If possible, I personally recommend eating at the counter, watching the cooking and chatting with the owner. Partly because the BGM I heard when I walked in was Oasis. That was the trigger, and a conversation started with “Do you like Oasis?” A French restaurant, yet UK rock. And it's a band I love so much I can sing along. Somehow, at that point I'd already fallen for this place. The menu is extensive, and you can even order just some light snacks. It was really comfortable. On weekday nights, there were couples, groups of women, and two guys like us. I think it's a place you can use for all kinds of occasions. I think I'm going to end up a regular here.

An Italian restaurant I found while searching around Akitsu Station The food was really delicious. They had a selection of wines by the glass too, which I enjoyed. Today's order: Carpaccio of live goldeneye snapper and grilled eggplant It's not just a plain fish carpaccio but an interesting dish. It was very delicious. Fresh brown mushroom salad It's a simple salad, but it's especially tasty at this time of year. Braised shank of Sisteron lamb This dish takes time, so order it early The salt level was just right, and the wine went down easily. I'd like to visit again.

Everything on the menu was delicious. Dishes that take time are clearly marked on the menu, and they explain it to you too, which I appreciate. There are homemade items you can only taste here, like the “Homemade Lamb and Cumin Shumai,” so I definitely want to try them. For wine, besides by-the-glass and full bottles they also have half bottles, so it's nice that you can order however much you can drink. There's a counter, so it's easy to drop in alone. PayPay accepted.

There are counter seats and table seats, and it feels more like a bar (bal) than a bistro, where you can casually enjoy delicious food and wine. Coming alone is fine, but it can get crowded, so it might be best to check by phone first. What I ordered: ・Chef's choice assorted appetizers ・Carpaccio of live goldeneye snapper and grilled eggplant ~wasabi lemon sauce~ ・Sautéed white asparagus with smoked bacon brown butter sauce ・Braised Iberico pork and spring cabbage ・2 baguettes It seems designed for sharing, and the portions are big enough to fill you up. If you order a baguette you can enjoy every last bit of sauce left on the plate, so I recommend ordering one. Also, if you're not sure which wine to choose, ask for one that goes with your dishes and they'll check with the chef. They'll serve you the best match. It was a really enjoyable meal, but if I had to name something, it would be nice to have a fish main dish on the menu. When I checked my photos later, the blackboard at the entrance had a dish called “Sautéed long-arm shrimp and spring vegetables” written on it... The blackboard at the entrance is a must-check too.
