This place is perfect for me when I want delicious shoyu ramen in 東村山. The ramen contains seasoned minced meat that also goes well with rice. The restaurant has a Japanese style, the sets and owner are great, and the atmosphere is lovely.
View on GoogleLocated along 府中街道. The interior is fairly spacious. Ordered miso chashu ramen and gyoza verbally. The miso, hmm, tasted burnt; the chashu was slightly thick and ordinary; the curly noodles were okay; the gyoza were small. As for the soup temperature, it was easy to eat, but rather lukewarm, including the bowl. The menma was limp. I wondered whether a tangy 信州 miso might work better. The location is good, so lowering the prices should bring in more customers.
View on GoogleThe chuka soba is delicious, but the shio is great too! Once you try it, it’s so delicious you can’t stop 😋 There’s parking next door, so families are welcome too
View on GoogleI went in, drawn by the promising-looking noren curtain! As other reviews say, it feels like old-fashioned chuka soba. You might be a little disappointed if you go with high expectations. They had set A (your choice of ramen and a chashu rice bowl) for 1200円, so I ordered chashu shoyu ramen and was charged an extra +250円… What does “your choice of ramen” mean……? If the ramen choices are restricted, I think they should say so 💦 The taste really was old-fashioned chuka soba, neither good nor bad. The minced meat gave it a luxurious feel, but personally I could do without it. It might work as ramen after drinking. But considering value for money, 日高屋’s chuka soba is cheaper and I prefer its taste, so… That’s how I feel.
View on GoogleWe came to eat as a family. It was our first visit since the move, and the atmosphere was nice, with a spacious, comfortable interior. We had chuka soba and handmade gyoza, and they were really delicious! Such a nostalgic taste. The chuka soba broth was delicious, and the minced meat in it was exquisitely seasoned! Wonderful! I’ve been going to 味六 for years, so I was happy to taste that familiar flavor. I’ll go again.
