We serve Jiro-inspired ramen and authentic Nagahama ramen. Our soup is a "stinky-but-delicious" tonkotsu soup, made by continuously simmering domestic pork bones using the yobimodoshi method; it has a distinctive aroma and richness, yet also a clean finish. While Jiro-style ramen is our main offering, we also serve Nagahama ramen.

Apparently a very famous shop around here. They say it has two pillars: Jiro-style and Hakata ramen. Two people were lined up in front of the shop. There's no waiting inside, so everyone in line is outside. You buy a meal ticket inside first. If you're using PayPay or similar, it seems you tell them your order when you sit down and pay then. Since I'm a beginner, I ordered the Jiro-style. Regular ramen 1,180 yen Garlic and fat won't be added unless you ask for them when you hand in your meal ticket. Apparently the vegetables are refillable and served on a separate plate. As for toppings, for a Jiro-style bowl, the vegetables are mostly bean sprouts with a bit more cabbage than usual, plus thick chashu. The soup is a tonkotsu shoyu with floating back fat and quite a solid pork-bone character. I might actually like this pork-bone flavor. Adding plenty of the homemade shichimi togarashi on the table makes it even tastier. The noodles are chewy "washiwashi" noodles with a strong wheat flavor. The bite should satisfy Jiro-style fans. A Jiro-style bowl that makes it clear why this place is popular.

2026/05/16 11:30 2 people waiting A shop with three lines: tonkotsu ramen and Jiro-style, plus a newly added Rasho-inspired ramen. Looks like Susuru-san has come here twice too. It's amazing that both (haven't tried the Rasho yet) are delicious. The tonkotsu ramen in particular is very polished, and the generous noodle portions, kaedama included, must be the owner's kindness. Kid-friendly too. Thank you for the meal.

Seriously delicious. It makes me want to eat it regularly. The Jiro-style in particular is on another level. What I like most is that even for someone like me, who loves the Jiro flavor but can't eat that much, they're flexible about changing the noodle amount or giving less vegetables. Also, it's a space where you don't have to worry about needing to eat fast, so you can really enjoy the food. They accept cashless payment and the staff are really polite, so it makes me want to go again and again. Besides Jiro they also have Nagahama ramen, so even people who don't like Jiro can eat here. If you're curious, please go try it at least once. Update I ordered the soupless ramen. It was so ridiculously good I was stunned. It's so good I might prefer the soupless one, and I think I'll be torn every time I buy from the ticket machine from now on. Next time I plan to buy a raw egg and try dipping.

I visited back when the shop was in Kabe, Ome, and this is my first visit since it moved here. I think it used to serve only Jiro-style ramen before, but I'm not sure. Since moving here, it seems they also serve Nagahama ramen (tonkotsu ramen). So, it's about a 30-minute drive from my house, and I went planning to arrive a little before opening, but there were already about 5〜6 people lined up in front of the shop. I hurriedly parked my car in a parking space that was barely still free and joined the end of the line. Opening time came, and they opened! Starting from the front, people bought meal tickets in order and took seats at the counter. When my turn came, I hit the button for the Jiro-style ramen! 1180 yen is a bit pricey (sweat) The default noodle amount is 300g, and thinking that wouldn't be enough for me, I added 100g of noodles for 180 yen! That's pricey too (sweat) I wish it were at least around 100 yen (sweat) For fat and garlic, there are free buttons on the ticket machine, so I pressed each of them and handed the tickets that came out to the staff together. (Garlic won't be added unless you hand in the extra ticket) Even with the free extra tickets, there was quite a lot of fat and garlic, so you can add even more for 100 yen, but I wonder how huge that would be? Unconfirmed. Vegetables could also be made extra-extra for 100 yen, but would that be a huge amount? It was crowded, so after waiting about 10 minutes it was served over the counter! Quite the visual! The chunks of back fat are big and generously poured on! That's great service. There's also quite a lot of garlic for free, so it's more than enough without paying for extra-extra. And the thickly cut chashu is really filling! The vegetables are piled quite high too, so the default is fine. The flavor has also evolved and is tastier than when I ate it back in Kabe, Ome! The noodles were 400g, which was just the right amount for me! With this flavor, I can see why lines are a given. I definitely want to come back for the Jiro-style ramen. It was delicious!

It felt hard to go in alone as a woman, so I went with my husband, but there was a female staff member who was very kind and even suggested an amount I could probably finish, so I thought, I could totally go in alone! I ordered the Jiro-style and my husband got the tonkotsu, and both were so spot-on for our respective tastes that we were saying it's number 1 among the ramen shops in our neighborhood! But the price is high… it's not ramen you can casually eat… it's a treat-yourself ramen.
