Quick and delicious !

Cold soba is too cold, I don't recommend it. I have them rinse the warmed soba lightly with water, and pour hot soup over it to eat.

2022/1/10 I stayed at a hotel nearby so I visited for breakfast. I had the breakfast set of warm soba + mentaiko rice. Actually, it was my first time at a station soba shop in about 30 years, but I was surprised that the level had improved this much. The soba had firm elasticity and the soup didn't have a strong salty taste that sticks to the throat, so I could enjoy it deliciously until the last bite. If there is an opportunity, I feel I definitely want to visit again.

Located next to the ticket gate. There is no standing counter, it is an L-shaped counter with seating.

This is a standing-style soba shop located at the exit of the ticket gate of Ozaku Station on the Ome Line. It is a so-called station soba, convenient for a quick bite before getting on the train. The kakiage is homemade and delicious, I had it with cold soba. Inside the shop there are only counter seats. It is a clean space.
