A gyoza shop that originated in Saitama. They use many ingredients from Saitama Prefecture, so the vegetable dishes in particular are delicious. The gyoza wrappers are fairly thick and chewy. These are authentic gyoza where you enjoy the wrappers. I tried the summer-only eggplant stir-fried with ginger soy sauce, and the Saitama-grown eggplant worked well with a small amount of oil, making it light and very tasty. Their shops are generally near stations, and this one faces the station-front roundabout in particular, so many customers seem to buy frozen gyoza to take home on their way back from the station. Here, you order from the staff rather than on a touchscreen. I visited before noon on Saturday and waited about 10 minutes because it was full. Various types of electronic money were accepted.
View on GoogleI ate here during my lunch break on a business trip. I ordered the stir-fried vegetables as a set. The bean sprouts were crunchy and delicious. Their signature gyoza were delicious too, of course. They might be better than Gyoza no ◯sho. I asked for brown rice.
View on GoogleDropped by the Hamura branch on a whim. 🚲️ I always go by bicycle, but the lack of free parking is a little inconvenient. The gyoza are reliably delicious, and grilled just right! That fragrant grilled flavor is irresistible. The staff were polite too, so I enjoyed a comfortable meal. I'd like to visit more often if there were parking…
View on GoogleThe standout feature of this branch was that every table has a partition, so you can quietly enjoy your own Solitary Gourmet experience. It's not particularly amazing ramen, but it's perfect when you want ordinary ramen. The staff are cheerful too, and the atmosphere is nice.
View on GoogleI'd like them to drain the noodles properly. They came out as a sticky clump, like when you make ramen at home. It was nice to see 2 young staff members working efficiently inside. Perhaps it's a leftover from COVID, but I don't think individual trash bags for used tissues and toothpicks are necessary.
