Very taste ramen shop

Around １８:30 on a day off, the restaurant was quiet. It's basically a miso ramen shop. The soy sauce ramen is 旭川ラーメン. The tsukemen is soy sauce-based. The cleanliness is neither good nor bad. The soy sauce ramen has thin noodles and isn't as salty as it looks. The tsukemen noodles look like soba, completely different from the noodles you usually see, and aren't thick either. The dipping broth wasn't strong, didn't cling to the noodles, and didn't have much flavor. My apologies to the restaurant, but after mixing in a little soy sauce and quite a lot of vinegar to intensify it, it came fairly close to my preference. As a dipping broth, it's light and watery, so it doesn't cling, which is disappointing. It isn't bad, so I wondered whether something more could be done.

It was very delicious♪ The miso is the best! The spicy miso looks spicy but isn't that spicy, so it's rich and easy to enjoy!

This is just my personal opinion, but first, the ramen noodles were very soft. The flavor itself was fairly good, but it wasn't to my taste. Next, the fried rice. Somehow it was cold despite being freshly made... why? And the restaurant was very dirty in my opinion. The counter was covered in powder, and the kitchen was full of rubbish even though it was in plain view! What I couldn't forgive was the spoon that came with it! So dirty it looked like someone had already used it! The worst!
