アクアヴィータ@羽村 Chef's choice lunch set + salad ¥1300, craft draft beer (medium) ¥600 Lunch at a tucked-away Italian restaurant in 羽村❗️ The lunch menu is a half & half set of the chef's choice pizza and pasta, with an added salad. The スプリングバレー craft beer is amber-colored but light to drink. The green salad uses organic vegetables, and its slightly sweet dressing might owe that sweetness to balsamic vinegar,, The pizza was a fresh tomato margherita. The fragrant dough containing whole wheat flour, flavorful basil, and plenty of fresh tomatoes made for a juicy result❗️ The pasta was shirasu and bamboo shoot aglio e olio. The flavor of the boiled shirasu and the crisp texture and flavor of the bamboo shoots were a perfect match❗️ One thing,, the chef works alone, so service takes time. That day, the beer, salad, pizza, and pasta came in that order, and the entire visit took about 1.5 hours. That's great for a leisurely lunch, but if you're short on time, it might be safer to avoid it. Keep that in mind❗️
View on GoogleThe Saturday-only lunch is insanely cheap‼️ The chef's choice starts at 1000円, and even with salad and dessert added, you can eat something incredibly delicious for 1600円. I recommend going when you can stay for 1–2 hours. Dinner has plenty of delicious food too, so it makes me want to visit regularly.
View on GoogleEvery menu item is high quality and delicious! The interior is stylish too, with a lovely atmosphere that feels very comfortable. There aren't many places around here serving game meat, so that's nice. I had venison and wild boar; neither had any unpleasant smell, and the more I chewed, the more I could savor the meat's full flavor. There's a "パンテオン" in the kitchen, and the pizza baked in it is "crispy outside! Chewy inside!" and really delicious. It's great that they offer takeout too. Thanks for the meal.
View on GoogleUnusually delicious. There's a wide range of dishes you wouldn't see at chains, making you want to order all sorts of things, and they have alcohol too. The menu is text only, but the actual dishes are colorful, offering surprise and freshness. Open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. Apparently reservations are possible on weekday evenings and Sundays. A place I'd like to visit at a leisurely pace.
View on GoogleI've used this place twice, for lunch and takeout. The lunch menu has several pizzas and pastas, plus acqua pazza and other dishes. The coffee and homemade processed products I took home, such as pâté and bacon, were delicious too, as were the stewed dish and shime saba, although those don't seem to be regular items. They said you're welcome to request the kind of pasta you'd like to eat as well. There are a few counter seats and several tables, but one person does everything carefully, so reserving might be best if you're visiting with about 5 people. COVID-19 is still having an impact, but they also serve dinner. I'd like to go, though it's a bit far away; I envy people living nearby. The nearest parking is タイムズ羽村羽東 along 新青梅街道, a 1–2 minute walk away.
