Tempura was not that great, ramen was ok, the portions sizes could have been bigger

You should test Wkatsudon, it is absolutely great. Been there multiple times and there are good dishes for cheap price. Locals like it alot too.

This is a soba shop near the station where you don't eat standing up, but the food comes out quickly. The taste is what you'd expect, and I think it's good when you just want to eat quickly. It's basically self-service. However, the words 『もつ次郎』, also displayed at the entrance, made me mistakenly expect a huge serving of stewed offal like the Jiro-style places. Thinking about it, it's もつ『次郎』 to go with ゆで『太郎』, but it was an ordinary stewed-offal set meal. Be careful if you go in expecting something Jiro-style, because it may be different.

【Thankful for free coupons☆Let's have a quick bowl of soba and head home♪︎ゆで太郎, proud of its three kinds of freshness♪】 Hazama-machi, Hachioji, Tokyo. This soba chain promotes its three kinds of freshness: freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled. Each shop makes its noodles from flour. Two companies operate under the same name with the same service: the founding company, 「信越食品」, and 「ゆで太郎システム」, established to expand through franchising (FC). The Hazama branch is an FC shop. Since 2020, branches have also incorporated 「もつ次郎」, which serves stewed offal. The nearest station is Hazama Station on the Keio Takao Line φ(..) Just before 22 on a weekday, a pretty late dinner. There aren't many restaurants around Hazama Station, so choices are limited. You order through a ticket machine. The soba is boiled after you order. The buckwheat flour content is 55% φ(..) ◆Today's order◆ 野菜かきあげそば 550円 そば大盛 100円 コロッケ free coupon (normally 100円) It was the middle of winter with rain pouring down, so I chose hot soba. I accidentally bought a ticket for extra rice, but the staff noticed and changed it to extra soba. Thin soba with a clean, sharp broth. According to the description, the broth is a clean, sharp-tasting type based on soy sauce from Choshi, mirin from Noda, and bonito from Yaizu. That makes sense♪ Since the noodles aren't boiled in advance, they're quite good for a quick-service soba shop. The chewiness, faint buckwheat aroma, and slurping texture feel good(o’∀`)♪ The kakiage & croquette were cold because some time had passed since frying, but I soaked them in the hot broth to soften them and ate them with the soba. That warmed me up(〃´ω`〃) #Maegashira #QuickServiceSobaInvestigator #Mid1月Visit #NothingInHazama #ButSomehowThereIsAnItoYokado #ThreeKindsOfFreshness #TGS #FCShop #Soba #RiceBowls #Curry #FreeToppingCoupons #TakeoutAvailable #100%ChanceOfReturning(IncludingOtherBranches)

Morning soba (egg), 450円 including tax It's near Hazama Station on the Keio Line. Perhaps because it was before 9 on a weekday morning, the shop was quiet. 450円 for kakiage soba with an egg (raw or onsen egg) is good value. The refined? broth and thin-cut soba may divide opinions, but I think it's a tasty place among chain soba shops. If there were a 【そば太郎】 near my home, I'd like to try various dishes.
