A small ramen restaurant, inside there is a machine where you pay and get a ticket for your desired ramen. the service is fast, their dining is relaxed, everything you need is in front of you, for extra toppings in your ramen. The only thing i noticed is when you order noodles you only pay 50 yen and that's cheap. but when the cook took the money, he didn't wash his hands, and he would hold the topping on the ramen and that was the only thing I didn't like.

View on GoogleI went during lunch on a weekday and it was empty. Service is also fast. It's a tonkotsu with thin straight noodles that can be made barikata or konootoshi, but there's also takana and beni shoga, so I feel it's safe to group it as Hakata-style. It is delicious, but honestly, I give it 5 stars for the cost-performance rather than the taste. The ramen itself is cheap, and the 50 yen kaedama is exceptional. From October, the price will increase to 100 yen, so if you order 2 or 3 kaedama, the cost-performance becomes less appealing, so maybe I'd give it 4 stars then... However, I don't think there are many Hakata-style shops, so it's valuable.
View on GoogleKaedama 50 yen, a must (lol) The tonkotsu shoyu isn't heavy and is delicious 😋🍴💕 If you get kaedama, there is extra sauce at the counter, so you can adjust it to your liking lol 😋🎶
View on GoogleCheap and consistent taste is the biggest appeal! In any case, being able to eat kaedama for 50 yen is a joy for someone like me with a low salary (lol). It really helps! This time, I visited Tetsumen Mejirodai for dinner, it was close to 5 PM and there were about 2 customers slurping ramen inside! I entered the shop and bought ramen and 3 kaedama at the ticket machine on the left! I sat at the U-shaped counter seat and handed the ramen ticket to the friendly staff! At this time, you can order the hardness of the noodles, the amount of fat, and the richness of the flavor, so please order to your liking! By the way, I ordered hard noodles, rich flavor, and fatty! I ordered this with kaedama in mind! About 3 minutes after handing over the ticket, the ramen arrived. The soup is milky white with one piece of chashu and nori on top. As soon as I put the soup in my mouth, the umami of the tonkotsu spreads in my mouth. The taste and fat are refreshing, a light soup impression! When I ate about half of the noodles, I ordered a hard kaedama, and it arrived in about 1 minute! I slurped the thin noodles that go down well, and here I added takana to change the taste a bit! For the next kaedama, I mixed homemade chili oil into the soup, added soy sauce, and ate it; the punchy taste of garlic and the spiciness of the chili oil further accelerate the appetite! For the last kaedama, I put beni shoga on it and ate it refreshingly, and finished it! Indeed, the charm of Hakata Nagahama ramen is that you can change the taste and add ingredients to your liking in detail, and you can eat it without getting tired of it, which is the biggest strong point! And being able to eat as much as you like with kaedama, it's happiness! Thanks to the refreshing ramen, my stomach is also easy and satisfied. Everyone, please enjoy the ramen with excellent cost performance to your heart's content at Tetsumen Mejirodai! By the way, the parking lot is in front of the store, so don't worry! Inside the store, all seats are counter seats! It was a dinner that satisfied both the body and the wallet, and I feel like I can go home lightly (lol). I will use it before payday, so please take care of me! Well, thank you for the ramen with good cost performance and the friendly staff, thank you for the meal!
