I love this noodle!! Noodle is based on Kumamoto taste (pork and mar oil) And we can add cheese(free)as this shop original , so it’s delicious! After eating noodle , we mix rice with remained soup . We could eat this until last !
View on GoogleDelicious kumamoto raamen. The shop is also clean but still keeps a warm ambience thanks to the wooden furniture. The couple running the restaurant was also very nice

View on GoogleI visited after 13:00 on a Friday during the Obon holiday. I waited about 20 minutes for the parking lot to open up, but I was able to enter the store immediately. I ordered ramen with double cheese topping. The soup, noodles, chashu, and other ingredients were all delicious. I also added an extra serving of noodles. Even the extra serving of noodles was topped with chashu and egg, and it was only 100 yen. It's super worth it. I enjoyed the extra noodles too. The taste is the best, but all the shop staff were kind, polite, and attentive, so I was able to have a pleasant meal. It's rare to find such a kind and polite shop. I was very healed. I want to go again! Thank you for the delicious ramen and wonderful customer service.
View on GoogleWhen I drove past Bundajo during Golden Week, I saw the long line and promised my wife we would visit after the holidays. Today, on the way back from shopping, I passed by again and there was no line outside. Not wanting to miss this golden opportunity, I went home to park the car and walked back to the shop. I remember when it opened in April 2000, a bowl of ramen was about 600 yen. Nearly a quarter-century has passed, and it is now 950 yen, but it remains a super popular shop that continues to be highly rated in the Hachioji area without any flashy advertising. Although it's close to home, I've only visited a few times, but I had been craving their authentic Kumamoto ramen for a while. The interior is a small space that seats about 8 people, but luckily there were 2 empty seats, so I was able to sit down without waiting. The polite service from the owner and his wife and the calm atmosphere make you feel the comfort unique to a famous shop. I ordered the standard "Ramen". • Ramen (950 yen): The bowl served had a light yet deep pork bone broth with fragrant burnt garlic oil (ma-yu) floating beautifully. The toppings included thick-cut chashu that melts in your mouth, textured wood ear mushrooms, vibrant green onions, and a perfectly seasoned soft-boiled egg. While it has the strength characteristic of Kumamoto ramen, there is no "greasy/heavy" feeling at all. It is "rich but with a surprisingly clean aftertaste," and I was once again impressed by its perfection. By the time we left, there was a line of nearly 10 people outside, confirming its popularity. It was the greatest luck to be able to enjoy the long-awaited taste with my wife at the perfect time. It was a day where both my heart and stomach were filled after a satisfying lunch.
