Decent iron plate cooking for Okinomiyaki (savoury Japanese pancake), Monja and Yakisoba (fried noodles), either DIY or floor manager to cook for you. Monja will guarantee to give you a unique, unusual dining experience. Its cooking process is unlike any other and looks are deceiving but it's a tasty snack. When we went, we were asked not to order anything else but main dishes (guess the evening was very busy) so we couldn't exactly enjoy all they had to offer, which was unfortunate. Floor manager is very friendly.
View on GoogleIt was my first time visiting, but I had a very satisfying time from start to finish. The monja had a solid dashi flavor, and the balance of ingredients was exquisite. The aroma of the scorched part was also delicious! Above all, the service of the staff was wonderful. Despite the busy time, they responded with a smile and efficiently, and they cooked the monja skillfully and beautifully. I became a fan not only of the taste but also of the warm atmosphere of the shop. I will definitely visit again!
View on GoogleI visited for the first time at 17:00 on Saturday, right when it opened. It seems to be very popular, and everyone who came a few minutes after us was turned away because it was full. Cold draft beer and monja that the landlady made in front of us. It was very delicious! Lightly pickled long yam. This was also delicious! The landlady seemed to be very busy by herself in the hall. I feel sorry for her. Nevertheless, the additional drinks were provided very quickly, and I am grateful. When paying on the way home, the system didn't work well and we were kept waiting for a long time, but as expected of a crowded place, all the dishes were very delicious.
View on GoogleI visited with a friend. I ordered the mentai cheese monja, and the popping texture of the cod roe, the melty cheese, and above all, the base dashi was very effective, so I couldn't stop using my chopsticks! The staff was also very lively, and they skillfully finished it in front of us instead of us who are not good at cooking monja. Just watching their hand movements was fun.
View on GoogleThey let me in even though I was a first-timer and alone. The taste was relatively good, although I thought it might have been even more delicious if the okonomiyaki was a bit hotter. But if asked how it tasted, I would answer that it was normally delicious. I liked the style of challenging the crazy Google reviews, so as a Kansai person who is a beginner in Hachioji, I stopped by casually. I left the store thinking I would have followed them if they had SNS, thank you for the meal.
