20250214 It turns out I visited exactly 1 year ago too (lol) Today, besides the owner, there was an energetic older man working the floor. His greeting was really pleasant too. When he handed the ramen over the counter, he said, “It's hot, so please be careful. Sorry about that.” Maybe because it was Valentine's Day, I even got some chocolate (lol). It reminded me of the owner of 福龍 that used to be in Motohachi. The owner still seems shy, but is as kind as ever. The mildly spicy miso tanmen was reliably delicious. Apparently prices are going up by 100〜200円 starting in March. 900円〜1000円, huh〜, hmm. 20240213 Today, besides the owner, there was one woman working the floor. Prices went up by 100円 from February 1, bringing noodle dishes to 800円 😌 Around lunchtime on Saturday, there were 3 people at the counter, 2 groups of 4, and 2 people at a table—quite busy. The owner was running everything alone and looked busy. He served complimentary cold oolong tea as our water. The owner is quiet and shy (lol). I ordered shio tanmen. The noodle dishes are served quickly. My bowl arrived in under 5 minutes. The air conditioning may have contributed, but it was piping hot with steam billowing up ❗ Plenty of crunchy vegetables, thin noodles that seemed like 2 portions, and very filling. Personally, I like medium-thick flat noodles in tanmen (lol). The soup is clear and light. The saltiness is just right too. Adding chili oil for a little flavor change is nice as well ❗ Grated garlic would be welcome. At 700円, it's good value. A ramen shop with ties to 福龍 that used to be in Motohachioji—I'd like to keep coming here ☺️

I went for the first time with my children. They were delighted with the complimentary juice. Thank you. Even though it was our first visit, my older child really loved the fried rice! On a later visit, I also had the shoyu ramen and mildly spicy fried rice, and they were very delicious ♪

My first visit was on 2022.7.23 (Saturday) at 1時30分 in the afternoon. I'd been curious about it for a while, but rarely come toward Yotsuya, so I hadn't been able to visit. The interior is surprisingly spacious: 5 counter seats, 1 table for 2, 2 tables for 4, and 3 tables for 4 in the raised seating area. The older owner was working alone, with 2 customers before me and 1 arriving afterward. I ordered the mildly spicy tanmen (miso), 700円. Except for individual dishes, shoyu ramen, and fried rice, everything on the menu here, including set meals, is a flat 700円. The ramen that arrived smelled of stir-fried vegetables and miso. The vegetables were mainly bean sprouts, along with cabbage, garlic chives, carrots, and so on, in quite a generous portion. The noodles were as thin as Nagahama ramen noodles. The amount of noodles was like a large serving too. At first I only felt a little heat, but as I kept eating, it became pleasantly spicy. It was inexpensive, generously portioned, delicious ramen. As for parking, there are 3 spaces at the building housing the shop (beside the shop).

The vegetables in the tanmen weren't stir-fried; instead, they were put in a pot, mixed together, and then the soup was added, so it didn't feel like tanmen. Still, there were lots of vegetables and it was filling. The air conditioning wasn't on, so I had to eat fiercely hot soup in a hot room and ended up drenched in sweat. Even at opening time, the condiments hadn't been refilled. The chili oil bottle was so black that you couldn't tell it was empty. There are ashtrays, so smoking may be allowed inside.
