Has it been around for about 30 years now? This is the kind of place where you cook your own okonomiyaki and takoyaki. However, the staff cooked the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki for us. It tasted like homemade okonomiyaki. The griddle tables had cast-iron takoyaki molds, so you could cook them at your table. As someone from Kansai, I found the okonomiyaki a little lacking compared with Kansai's. The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki also did not feel like authentic Hiroshima okonomiyaki.

You get 100 minutes, and extra time costs about 300円. There is a student discount. You can choose from 2 types to make monja and okonomiyaki. Takoyaki and okonomiyaki are filling, so I recommend monja and yakisoba. The mentaiko really comes through. There are about 3 slices of pork. I think a little more would be nice. There was also a good selection of takowasa and other side dishes. It is busy with students at night. I think I will try lunch next time.

Hmm,,, how do I feel about everything being self-cook?? As someone from Osaka, I had high expectations because of this ★ score, so this okonomiyaki is unacceptable. I regretted not eating at home or grabbing something at the ⚪︎だこ chain instead. On my first visit, they just plonked it down: self-cook okonomiyaki and teppanyaki! Having the kitchen cook it costs extra. When I finally asked how much, they said the menu price plus a 110円 cooking charge. The cabbage also seemed shredded for Hiroshima-yaki, not for okonomiyaki. Even after cooking, the batter stayed floury and never became fluffy, gooey, and crisp. The squid tentacles and sausages are self-cook too. Beef skirt steak? Or whatever it was, that tasted best. The green onions in the negiyaki are too finely cut—thinly sliced green onions, perhaps…💦 Tiny green onions wrapped in chewy batter. No real green onion presence. The 海鮮ミックス焼きそば had lots of seafood; the thin noodles might be commercial-use noodles? I did not sense any particular care. It also had plenty of vegetables and pork and was wrapped in egg. There is space to park a few cars beside the shop. You can get in without a reservation even before 19:00 on a weekday evening. Children are allowed, but there are no baby chairs, so the griddle is dangerous; at your own risk. The soft drink bar is reasonably priced at 400円. They also have courses and all-you-can-drink; value for money is the only good thing. For 3 adults, beer, 2 nonalcoholic drinks, 海鮮ミックス焼きそば, squid tentacles, beef, 豚玉, assorted sausages, and negiyaki, it was about 6800円〜 There were stored bottles too, so they seem to have regulars. The seating area is spacious too. Lots of young people. <Students, perhaps?> I think it is at this level because there is no competition. No repeat visit; if this counts as okonomiyaki, I will make it myself!!
