The perfect ramen 🍜?

【A pleasant shop to eat ramen seriously🍜】 A popular ramen shop in Hachioji. Chewy thick noodles and clear, beautiful soup were impressive. The appearance is solid, but the taste is surprisingly refreshing. Maybe because of the umami of vegetables, a slight sweetness is felt, and it is a soup that is easy to drink until the end. The atmosphere of the shop is also characteristic, a style of lining up properly when lining up and waiting for your turn. Inside the shop, everyone is focused on ramen, and when they finish eating, they leave quickly. Somehow, "I came to eat ramen." "I enjoyed it thoroughly." "Thank you for the meal." It is a disciplined and pleasant shop with such an atmosphere flowing. 🍜Recommended for people like this・Those who like chewy thick noodles・Those who prioritize umami over thick・Those who want to enjoy the unique atmosphere of a popular shop ⚠️Since there are queues, it is recommended to visit with plenty of time.

About 2 minutes from the south exit of JR Hachioji Station "Ramen Taian" . A popular shop where the line of people never stops. There are always people lining up, aren't there. On the day I visited, it happened to be a break in people and there was only 1 person lining up, so I was able to enter the shop immediately!! What I ordered this time is, orthodox? Ramen (¥1.000) The soup is a light shoyu ramen. The popular chashu was a thick chashu that had a strong meat taste when chewed. It wasn't a melting feeling... Zaru ramen also seems to be popular, so I want to try challenging it next time♪

It was a sharp orthodox shoyu ramen. The interior of the shop with only 10 counter seats seems to be a popular shop with 7 previous customers already there at the time of opening. I ate ramen (1000 yen). In terms of balance, there are many noodles and little soup. The topping roast pork is fluffy and soft, very delicious, and besides that, it is an "Orthodox Tokyo Ramen" with carefully seasoned menma, spinach, and seaweed. The couple manages it skillfully, and the shop is clean, so you can eat with a good feeling.

Because there were 2 people lining up, I tried lining up. Ordered ramen. Spinach lines up with an orthodox look. The noodles are thick noodles but there is almost no wrinkling. The soup is shoyu-based but has a complicated taste. Chashu is large, thick, and soft. However, the taste of the meat itself is thin. Contrary to the pale appearance, the noodles pile up firmly in the stomach. Even with regular ramen, you will be full. I think it is a type of ramen that seems to be elsewhere but is unexpected... Is it the difference in noodles?
