Is a 5-minute walk from Hachioji Station. We are an American diner where you can enjoy burgers made with carefully selected ingredients. Our popular burgers are made with attention to the buns, patties, bacon, and sauce. The buns are custom-made by Due Tre. The patty is a mix of 2 types of meat and 5 parts, and the homemade bacon is carefully made over about 1 week. The tartar sauce is also handmade and goes perfectly with the meat. The buns, patties, and bacon are slowly grilled over charcoal. Please enjoy our proud burgers. We also have baby back ribs and buffalo chicken wings that go well with alcohol...

This was the first place I marked on my last trip to Hachioji. Unfortunately, I didn't get to visit. On this current visit, I went there for lunch on my first day. The menu had more variety than what I expected, and a nice little secret called 8 Up. It's their secret, so I won't say what's in it but it's like a sweet citrus punch. So refreshing on a day like this! It's still warm, and humid here. They also have homemade ginger ale. There were several types of beer available, but I passed. It was before noon, it seemed too early for a beer. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and onion, and the set (chips and coleslaw on the side). The chips were frozen, but still very good. I will go there again to try their blue cheese cheeseburger. They also serve apple pie, but I don't know if it comes with a slice of cheddar cheese. Hotdogs and sandwiches are available for takeaway. The burger set was just under ¥2000, but that's what they charge back home nowadays for lower quality, so I really didn't mind, and the beverage was ¥350. Less expensive burgers are available. Just remember, they are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. On my most recent visit, the atmosphere was more lively and the staff had heard of Dried Sardine and a few other places I'd been to.

Refreshing Water. Unlimited Ketchup and Mustard. The Bacon Cheeseburger was cooked to order and tasted good. The toppings were Fresh. The set comes with Fries and Coleslaw. I wish there were a few more fries.

One of the better burgers I've had in Japan. Burgers are cooked on a charcoal grill, nice and juicy. Interior is clean and spacious. Will definitely come again.

The chef really takes care to use the freshest vegetables. The onion, tomato, lettuce, etc. were all so crisp and perfect. My only critique would be the beef could be thicker.
