I came at lunchtime. I ordered a salad, pasta, and the dessert of the day. The salad was colorful with a wide variety of vegetables! It had prosciutto in it, and you can choose from 3 kinds of dressing. The pasta came as a set with a mini chilled corn soup and bread. In the corn soup you could feel the very finely ground kernels on your tongue; it had a gentle flavor yet a real corn taste, and I wanted more. The pasta noodles were super chewy, more filling than they looked, and very tasty◎ I could mop up the leftover sauce with the mini bread and eat them together, which was incredibly satisfying! Dessert was crème brûlée. The beautiful amber caramel stood out in a cute dish, and it was delicious too. They served the dishes at the perfect timing, neither too early nor too late, and I was moved, thinking I hadn't come across a place with service this good in a while~. For the first time in ages, I enjoyed a lunch that fully satisfied both my heart and my taste buds.
View on GoogleOrdered a salad and pasta. It seemed to be a one-person operation and there were a few groups, so I was prepared to wait, but it was served in a normal amount of time. The vegetables in the salad were good, but even more than that, the dressing was really delicious and left an impression. The pasta was very chewy, and the flavor was on the salty side. Maybe the pasta I ordered was just that type. The price is on the high side and the portion is small for it, so it wasn't very satisfying. That said, thanks to the chewy noodles and the strong flavor I mentioned, it was more filling than it looked. The air conditioning was weak, so it was a bit hot and I got sweaty. They seem to use good ingredients, but because of the high price and the air conditioning, I didn't feel like coming back. The food itself was tasty, and the lineup seemed to have many things you can't really get elsewhere, so if the price doesn't bother you, I think it's worth it.
View on GoogleShrimp cream spaghetti🦐 Chewy fresh pasta with a fragrant shrimp cream sauce, very delicious✨ You can feel the care in the plating too✨ They had lots of sake🍶 Since it's a one-person operation, I recommend it for people who aren't in a hurry. Self-service Various smartphone payment options available
View on GoogleI had the lemon cream spaghetti switched to fusilli, and it was absolutely superb. You can tell they're really particular about their ingredients. The cream probably has plenty of cheese in it, but it isn't lumpy at all, and from the very first bite you can tell they use really good cheese. The creaminess of the cheese really stands out too, which is impressive. (Just an amateur's guess, but maybe pecorino romano? ※Sorry if I'm wrong💦) The lemon is added in round slices, but the acidity doesn't taste cheap, so it pairs well with the cheese. Also, since it's added in round slices, that means it's unwaxed, yet the color is vibrant, so I figured it must be a really good lemon. Not only that, the texture is soft, so you can tell they didn't just slice it as is but put work into it. Also, I think it was pesticide-free. The thickness of the fusilli is just right too; it picks up the cream easily, and even coated in lots of cream, you could faintly taste the sweetness of the wheat holding its own. For cream-based pastas, I recommend switching to fusilli. That you can get a dish made with carefully chosen ingredients and no effort spared for 1200 yen…. It was so good that elsewhere it would probably cost nearly 3000 yen.
View on GoogleIt's far for me, but this was my 4th visit in 2 months. The food is flawlessly delicious, but my only complaint is the air conditioning inside… The heat and smoke from cooking fill the room and get trapped, so it gets kind of stuffy, or rather, hot and muggy, which is a shame😅 I'd like them to improve it if possible. In summer the AC runs full blast, so maybe then it's just right? 【Previous post】↓ First visit for lunch with a coworker Counter: 5 seats Low tables for 4: 1 Low tables for 2: 3 Looks like the master? runs it solo It's small and cozy with a lovely interior atmosphere(^^) Water and small plates are self-service When you come in, the menu is posted on the wall to the left, so before taking a seat you order and pay first. There's a decent selection of snacks too, so you can enjoy drinks in the evening as well. The salad I happened to order! The vegetables were sweet and fresh Probably locally grown. You can feel the restaurant's dedication👍 The homemade dressing is wonderful too. It comes filled to the brim✨ So generous😊 The chilled soup from the lunch set♪ You can tell it's handmade, an authentic taste. Delicious, of course. I had the sardine anchovy pasta♪ It's on the small side, but you get to enjoy a whole fish The seasoning was perfect and just a little spicy, very tasty💕 My companion ordered the tarako pasta, and reported that it was exceptional too!! Japanese seafood dashi with seaweed and tarako. The unique seafood flavor of the three coming together and the broth gave them a fresh thrill unlike anything they'd ever tasted😅 Completely different from the usual, common 「boiled tarako butter」❗ And the biggest highlight is the noodles (≧∇≦)b Thick noodles with a firm core and a super chewy texture. Very delicious😋 『食券スパゲティ 熊三』 is about an 11-minute walk from the South Exit of Takao Station on the JR/Keio Line. It's located along 万葉けやき通り. There's no parking. If you're driving, why not drop by while shopping at the nearby イーアス高尾? Thank you for a delicious time today! 202512
