The interior has a calm Japanese atmosphere, and the seats are reasonably spacious and comfortable. Even during busy hours, the seats turn over quickly, so the wait time didn't feel that long. I ordered the signature menu, the seiro and tempura set. The soba was fragrant and had a nice chew, and the balance with the dipping sauce was good. The tempura was freshly fried and crispy, and it was delicious. The staff's service was calm, and ordering and serving were smooth. It's not a particularly flashy shop, but it gives the impression of a place you can rely on when you want to eat consistently delicious soba. The price is standard for a local soba shop.

There is parking in the front and back. The interior also has an old-school feel that is relaxing. I ordered the katsudon set. The katsudon had just the right flavor and was delicious. Because it was a katsudon set, I thought the katsudon was the main dish and the soba was the side, but it turned out the katsudon was the side and the soba was the main. I would have preferred the katsudon to be the main dish. The soba was average.

This is a soba shop in the middle of town. It has a strong Showa-era vibe. Inside, there are four tables for four people and a tatami room with three tables for six people. This time I had the kenchin soba and kayaku rice. The taste was average.

Second visit Ordered the katsudon set (mori). The cutlet was so thin I wondered if it was ham katsu? Anyway, it was a very thin tonkatsu. The taste was... hmm! The soba had just the right bite, but the sauce was average. There is parking in the back, but it's a bit hard to figure out how to park. 2024.12.31 (Tue)

Thin noodles. The seiro and yakiniku bowl set comes with shredded cabbage salad and pickles, and it was reasonable and delicious. There is a parking lot for 3 cars in front of the shop, and it seems there is one in the back too. They said the warm tororo soba, kake soba, and katsudon were also delicious.
