i tryed this restaurant in dinner to dinner with my famiy but The way the food is served is not pleasant. The food is not beautiful. The meat curry was overly sweet, and the beef curry didn’t taste good. On top of that, the portion sizes were very small, making it poor value for money. The restaurant was very dirty and we saw the kitchen in the dining hall. It was very dirty. In addition, no employees were present in the restaurant to provide the services we needed. They were in the kitchen doing their duties and talking to their friends. They were behaving Immorally. They were touching their faces and hair and dealing with the food. It was very unethical. There was no desire to get food. We left the food as it was. We paid and left.
View on GoogleOrdered butter chicken lunch set with mutton curry. Naan was huge but little too thick... like bread while I preferred it to be more fraky. Both curries were fine but more on sweeter side than my liking. Floor service is quite prompt but the waiter can be little more direct (nothing to worry about, though). CASH or PAYPAY only. Plenty of space inside.
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I won’t be coming back. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible. The staff, especially the person taking orders, was rude and unfriendly. He spoke to customers in a harsh tone, with no politeness at all. None of the other staff members smiled either, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The food was also underwhelming. The butter chicken was overly sweet, and the beef curry didn’t taste good. On top of that, the portion sizes were very small, making it poor value for money. Another issue was the misleading signage. The restaurant had signs everywhere saying "おかわり無料" (free refills), but it was so difficult to qualify for this that it felt pointless. Overall, this was a very bad experience, both in terms of service and food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
View on GoogleThe naan is great, I got the cheese naan but be warned, it’s a lot of cheese 🧀 less would be better, but very tasty! The mix veg curry was great but the spinach one was the best. The lunch set was only 1,100 for big naan, 2 curries, drink and dessert so it’s good value for money. I didn’t experience any rudeness with the staff but I agree the manner and dress could be tidied up a little. Would definitely go there again :)
View on GoogleDelicious but scary! Best indian food in Hachioji. This used to be a 5-star rating from me for this restaurant... Things change... 5 people in the kitchen, one coughing, not one person wearing a mask correctly. At one stage all 5 staff members had the masks on the chin not covering their mouths or their nose... Pointless and scary. Table service is getting worse and worse. Not so busy. Customer call: すみません。 3 staff: ハイ! No staff go to the table... Customer called 3 times over 5 mins. No one went to the table. Staff taking new orders or cleaning tables.. Staff flick table while taking order like they are frustrated and you're bothering them! So rude!! No staff in the restaurant seems happy you are there. It's a real shame because the food is fantastic but the stuff just ruin the experience...
