I ate Hachioji Ramen for the first time. The chopped onions were crisp, fresh, and delicious! The seasoned bamboo shoots were cut into thin strips.

View on GoogleMenma was sliced, and it was a first texture and taste for me, fresh!! It is a soup with just the right soy sauce taste and a little sweetness. The noodles were firm and it was just right for me!! Single people may be prioritized to enter depending on the availability of the counter.
View on GoogleYakumi ramen was delicious. The aroma and sweetness of the onion are quite prominent, so the impression might be different with other menus. Maybe next time I'll have regular Chinese soba. The soy sauce flavor is rich but not as salty as it looks. The operation inside the shop is good and the turnover is fast, so I don't think you'll wait that long even if you are queuing. The people at the shop are pleasant. The shop is clean. Good shop.
View on GoogleI thought about going to Ajiwai after a long time, so I drove to Ongata and parked the car at the 3rd parking lot of Alps and arrived. Lucky there was no line even though it was 12 noon on a weekday! Bara char siu large portion with extra menma and strong flavor! It is delicious~♪ The 3-person operation makes the turnover good. Customer service is also polite and you can eat delicious ramen with a pleasant feeling! Please note that it is not possible to add menma or seasoning to one ramen! After eating, I shopped a little at Alps and when I saw the shop on the way home, there were about 5 people waiting outside. It is popular after all~. Thank you for the meal♪
