Delicious soba and tenpura, in a small old style local Japanese restaurant.

My first visit since it became a ramen shop☺️ I do not think it is a ramen shop that ramen enthusiasts go out of their way to visit🤔 More like a chuka soba shop you use when hungry at lunchtime😅 The portions are large, but the seasoning is a bit…😥 There were a few customers…😅 Of the 4 people there, the 3 older ones unexpectedly ordered zaru soba and chilled udon😳 So it had not actually converted into a ramen shop😅 Maybe it is a soba shop riding on ramen's popularity? Perhaps they are not particularly exacting🤔 The seasoning is quite salty and strong, perhaps aimed at working people😅😅😅 The mini motsuni rice bowl was salty😭 What a surprise🫨 The motsuni rice bowl could be a side dish for another serving of rice🤣 The sanma ramen was decent, not delicious but not bad either🤔 Somewhere in the neither-good-nor-bad range………😯 But I do not dislike it🤤 Still, there are famous and delicious places a little farther east or west, so I would not go specifically for Matsuasa. Sorry m(_ _;)m

I tried to go to the nearby soba shop Taikoan, but was told the last order was at 2:30. I happened to find Ramen Matsuasa🍜 nearby. I had the miso ramen. It had plenty of toppings, including pork, vegetables, and wood ear mushrooms. Even the regular serving felt like a large portion. It was simple miso ramen, but skillfully cooked, so the soup had no unpleasant burnt smell. The flavor was mild, so I added the soy sauce and garlic on the table and enjoyed it⭕️ It seems they only open at lunchtime, but the woman who served me was nice too. I will visit again.

Chashu ramen 1100 yen ➕Mini fried rice 380 yen Sanma men 900 yen I visited after stopping at Book Off. The portions were quite generous, satisfying, and everything was delicious! The chashu ramen had a dark-colored broth with a fish flavor. The oil and saltiness were just right, and the broth was light!! The chashu was cut thick from a leaner part, and it had been a long time since I had such substantial, satisfying chashu^_^ The sanma men had plenty of vegetables in a thickened broth, and was delicious in the cold winter too!! The fried rice had a home-style flavor, like a light fried rice. They also had mini curry, so I would like to try curry next time. Compared with chain restaurants, there is less oil and lighter seasoning! Recommended for anyone who likes lighter flavors! I had grown tired of the rich seasoning at chain restaurants, so I was glad to find a good place! Perhaps because the flavors are lighter, I had the impression that many customers were aged 50 or older.

The shop seems to have a good reputation, but the motorcycle riding manners are terrible, with constant violations. Everyone is watching. It is unpleasant. I think they should ride normally.
