I often come here when I'm in the area for work. My recent favorite is the Hoto udon.

【素朴で頼れる、地元のお蕎麦屋さん】 We stopped by 恩方やぶ for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by this rustic, very local soba restaurant. After finding two other nearby restaurants closed despite Google listing them as open, it was especially nice to arrive somewhere that was actually open and welcoming. I ordered the zaru soba with gyudon. The soba was the highlight: pleasantly firm, flavorful, and flecked with the dark specks that give proper soba its character. You could taste that the noodles were taken seriously. The gyudon was more ordinary, with only three pieces of beef and much of the bowl covered with onion, so I’d come back primarily for the soba. Service was friendly, and the sparse but available parking made the visit easier. The interior has an old-fashioned, rustic atmosphere that feels geared more toward locals than tourists. The toilet is an older washiki-style Japanese toilet, and payment is cash only. 雰囲気も良いし、美味しいです。 太麺の蕎麦もいい感じでした。

細めの麺。今回は、辛味が美味しいとろとろのカレー蕎麦と温いとろろ蕎麦をいただきました。蕎麦、うどん、丼物、メニュー色々あります。店前の駐車場も広いです。

平日に車がいっぱい止まっていたので期待していたけど、ただ単に工業団地の傍で他に徒歩圏内に飲食店が無いからかっと納得。 鴨せいろを注文。 蕎麦、太ｯ‼️ 何もつけずに蕎麦をすすると蕎麦のかおりが無い。しかも太いので腰と言うよりは硬さとボソボソ感が追い討ちをかける。 鴨汁も鴨肉が３切れ浮いていたが鴨のかおりは無い。 ¥1150(並)だったと思う(大盛なので¥200プラス)はかなり割高な感じがした。 自分の結論として、これは蕎麦では無いと思う。 もう行かないから大丈夫です。 ちなみに、土曜日の12:30頃に二組しかお客が居ないって、そう言うこと↑(文頭)でしょうね。
