This is a soy sauce ramen with a strong niboshi punch! You can of course enjoy it as it is, but if you add the minced garlic on the table, you can enjoy the change in taste again, which is also delicious! Tsukemen that follows the same taste is also popular! Rich miso tsukemen that is full of flavor by blending several types of Hokkaido miso is also very popular!

I love the raamen here. Chaashuu meat is specially good. The only "problem" (if that's a problem for you) is that they don't have tables, and personally I found eating in the floor, a painful experience.

It is one of the best Niboshi (anchovies) ramen I have ever tried. It doesn’t taste bitter as compared with others! Worth trying.

All five star ramen restaurant. This one really ticked with me. Fish based broth and it's very deep in flavour, better than any ramen I had before. CASH ONLY. Go there during busy hours and you'd expect to queue for quite a bit.

I often choose this half chashu miso. Thanks to the good balance of miso, niboshi, and garlic oil, the satisfaction of one spoonful of soup is on a different level. There is soft pork chashu and firm loin, and vegetables are also included, so I recommend it because you can eat it while being confused. Since it is hot, you can enjoy it until the end. If you want one more bite, add hot vegetables. Not tsukemen, but vegetable tsukemen is the best again. A shop with cleanliness like a Japanese restaurant, 6 counter seats and 8 small seats.
