I only stopped by for a break, but seeing someone else's アジフライ made me want some. The アジフライ is surprisingly good for a service area. The plump horse mackerel is fried crisp and is very satisfying. For 950円 (as of March 2026), I think it's great value.

After a lot of indecision, I chose the カツ丼 for 1090円. It was ready in under 10 minutes, and I went to collect it. The cutlet covered more of the bowl than I expected, and it was tender and easy to eat. Personally, I found the portion quite large.

I had the フライミックス定食. How many times have these fried items been refried? The coating was rock-hard, the アジフライ was flattened and oil-soaked and mushy, and the croquette had almost lost its potato flavor... The rice was cooked well, which was good, but the rice itself...

The 生姜焼き was delicious. I wonder if it has chopped onion because this is 八王子?
