View on GoogleMy first visitヾ(*´∀`*)ノIt was a little after 17:00, and there were seats available, so I got in right away! You buy a meal ticket, choosing shoyu, shio, black, or a version with ajitama ➕, while the chashu bowl was sold out. Something to look forward to next time. They said it uses niboshi broth, and when the ramen arrived and I tasted the soup, it was incredibly delicious, with lovely seasoning and a pronounced niboshi broth flavor(*´~`*)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ŧ‹"The ramen went down smoothly too! The menma was long and big, satisfying to eat, and the chashu was delicious too. Looking forward to the chashu bowl next time! For the first time in ages, I finished everything, even drinking all the broth! There are only counter seats, so I think it gets busy depending on the time and day.
View on GoogleMy first visit to ラーメンにじいろ in Nishiterakata-machi, Hachioji. After confirming that they opened at 11, I arrived at 11:10 and there was already a line outside, which immediately raised my expectations. I parked in the dedicated parking lot and hurried to join the line. After about 15 minutes, a seat opened up and I was shown inside. You order by buying a prepaid ticket from the ticket machine. This time I chose the classic 味玉醤油ラーメン and 油そば, which was marked as available only that day. Both caught my interest, so I eagerly waited for them to arrive. The interior was very clean, neatly organized, and peaceful. Looking around while waiting, I could tell that their ramen-making concept was “Gentle on the body!” They apparently strictly avoid additives and chemical seasonings in their broth, and I appreciated their commitment to the quality of the ingredients. When I actually tried it, the 醤油ラーメン had a gentle yet deep flavor and paired perfectly with the 味玉. The 油そば wasn't heavy either, and I enjoyed it to the last bite. It's a bowl that children and adults alike can confidently tuck into. I completely understood why people line up here.
View on Google味玉醤油(900円)+大盛(100円) and ネギチャーシュー丼(250円) The fairly bold soy sauce flavor and dried sardine aroma really whet your appetite. The noodles are thin but firm and satisfying to eat. The ネギチャーシュー was nicely seasoned too. I visited before noon, so I could sit at the counter right away, but a few people soon started lining up. I'd like to stop by again if I'm passing nearby.
