I stopped by for closing ramen after drinking in Hachioji. Since there are several ramen shops lined up here, I went here because I was in the mood for Nagahama Ramen. It's a holiday but it was early in the evening so it was empty. I had a simple ramen with seaweed topping. It was the right choice for ramen after drinking. The soup is solid tonkotsu, but the smell is just right, it's not cloying, and you can feel a taste like Japanese-style broth, there's a moderate amount of oil, and it goes well with the noodles, making it satisfying. The seaweed is thin and feels like it melts into the soup, but that's also good. It blends with the noodles and soup to create a good taste. I intended it to be just for closing, but it was so good that I ordered a kaedama (noodle refill) barikata. The taste was close to the authentic Nagahama ramen in Fukuoka and it was really delicious. It became one of the shops I want to visit again when I come to Hachioji.

A ramen shop I visit regularly. In this day and age, 750 yen a bowl is helpful. The ramen is also a Nagahama ramen that is different from the so-called authentic one, but somehow I get addicted to it. It's also very fast to serve, so it's convenient when you want to eat quickly. The inside of the store is quite old, but I've liked this building since it was Tada, so I hope they keep going...... The door handle is a temporary fix, is there a plan to fix it......

#Tokyo #HachiojiCity #Higashicho #NagahamaRamen #NagahamaRamen #Kaedama Personal Rating★★★★☆ Price 850 yen + 100 yen kaedama This shop I dropped by casually. It's relatively empty even at lunchtime, making it easy to enter. Somehow it was my first time eating Nagahama Ramen, It's a bit different from Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, the seafood broth is also noticeable, mild and delicious. Free large portion is also good, it was a satisfying ramen.

I arrived a little early to meet an acquaintance, so I was walking from Keio Hachioji towards Donki, when suddenly a very good smell drifted by. Since I came to Hachioji to eat with an acquaintance, I passed by the front of the shop once, but I still had time. "Nagahama Ramen, I haven't eaten at a proper specialty shop in a while..." with a heavy heart I moved away from the shop, but I couldn't overcome the desire, so I turned back and entered the shop. I ordered the Nagahama Ramen (salt) which looked the most standard. The seasonings on the table are standard. While grinding, I was happy that fresh garlic was provided in a big tube like ketchup. I ordered kata (hard), and it was just right for me. The noodles are thin straight noodles that I haven't eaten in a long time. In Fukuoka ramen shops in Tokyo, the amount of noodles is often small and you can't get quantitative satisfaction unless you order kaedama, but this shop has a satisfying amount of noodles, which I liked. The soup is a high-transparency type close to the authentic Gannaga, but perhaps to get closer to the Fukuoka ramen that Tokyoites imagine, it is slightly cloudy, and the stickiness of the tonkotsu broth also feels good. The char siu is quite thick, which is several levels better than the original which is thin as if shaved with a plane. It was a pretty good detour.
