Is a “tsukemen specialty restaurant” that opened its 1st location in 三田, 東京港区, in 2008. A small noodle-making machine, 1 in number, once stood on the third floor of the 三田 main store, giving the business its name. Through repeated trial and error there, the classic 『 濃厚豚骨魚介つけ麺』, loved for many years, was born. Now that we have expanded nationwide, we continue evolving daily as ambassadors for tsukemen, filling the stomachs and hearts of many people. ”Mita Seimenjo” opened its first location in Tokyo's Minato Ward in 2008, specializing in "tsukemen…

Food is OK. They accept e-money. Ramen restaurants rarely accept e-money.

The best tsukemen and our most favorite tsukemen shop! Just the broth alone is so good!! And the best pair is their karaage. As mt husband says, “its the best karaage he’s ever had” 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🥰

I visited around 11:30 on a public holiday and got in after only a short wait. The interior felt clean, and with both tatami seating and tables, I think it's convenient for families too. You order from your smartphone by scanning the QR code at each seat. You can choose warm or cold noodles, and it's also nice that larger portions are free up to the large size. In addition to the parking beside the restaurant, there is a 2nd parking lot, so it's easy to visit by car. The thick noodles paired well with the soup, and I enjoyed the meal. Personally, though, I didn't notice a major difference compared with refrigerated ramen sold at supermarkets under the supervision of famous restaurants. Overall, I think it's a convenient place that's easy to drop into casually.

This was my first time eating at Mita Seimenjo. So I don't know this restaurant's standard. First, the system is to order via a 2D code after sitting down. There's a menu at your seat, so you can look at it before ordering. The seats are clean, and the chopsticks aren't disposable. Various spices are available to change the flavor. So far, so good. But the all-important tsukemen noodles were barely drained. Is this the default? I feel like the noodles will absorb the water this way. The soup depends on your preferences, but perhaps it lacks a little punch? Or maybe it's because the noodles bring cooking water into it. I'd never had this much cooking water with any tsukemen I'd eaten before, so in a way it was a shocking tsukemen.

With [A challenge from Mita Seimenjo], there's a good-value promotion increasing the super-extra-large portion from the usual 1kg to 1.5kg, so I came here instead of eating at 『Ramen Jiro』.😉 At other places, I eat around 1kg after cooking through the free large-portion offers at 『Menya Musashi』, 『Takeya』, and so on, but 1.5kg is my 〝 first 〟 TRY. Although with udon, I guess I've eaten over 1kg many times.🧐👀🤔 Since I started writing reviews, this is my 3rd 『Mita Seimenjo』 location. I've eaten at the Nakano and Kokubunji Namiki locations, but I wanted a flavor I hadn't tried yet, so I tried the super-extra-large (1.5kg) 「Chilled shio tsukemen with tai dashi」. I've never had tai dashi tsukemen at other places either, so I'm really looking forward to it.😃 The savory-spicy one interests me too, but its base is tonkotsu and seafood, so I guess I've had similar flavors elsewhere.🧐👀🤔 The bowl arrives, and there's a lot of noodles, but is there really 1.5kg? It feels like less.🤫🫣 It's more than 1kg at other places, but since it's 1.5kg, probably? Definitely? It doesn't seem to be 50% more.🧐👀🤔 The dipping broth contains tai flesh, menma, aosa nori, green onions, mizuna, and yuzu kosho. The ingredients aren't just a little sparse—they're quite sparse, I think. I was disappointed, but I'd known from review photos during my research, so it couldn't be helped.😓🫡 I tried various tabletop seasonings at the Nakano location, so this time too, especially 「ninniku shichimi」, they came in very handy.😄✨👍 The dipping broth is delicious too, though I can't tell whether it's tai or not, and the noodles go down easily.😋 The extra-rich tsukemen dipping broth was delicious too, but it was much like seafood tonkotsu elsewhere and didn't feel special. 「Tai dashi」 tsukemen is unusual, though, and it's nice. 😄✨👍 The dipping broth isn't too salty either; the saltiness is just right. With the super-extra-large portion, you can also get more dipping broth, which I'm grateful for.🙇🙏 I changed the flavor with yuzu kosho and enjoyed the variation, but I felt it tasted better without it, so perhaps it's questionable?🤔 At the end, I felt adding diluting broth might make it lukewarm, so I finished the dipping broth as it was too.😉 The ingredients? Toppings were disappointing, but this was my favorite flavor at Mita Seimenjo.😘 Was there 1.5kg? I don't know, but I deliciously finished it all.😋✨👍 Please offer a limited-time warm tai dashi menu in winter.🙇🙏 Super-extra-large increase to 1.5kg promotion ☆4 Normal operation gets ☆3. Please return the free large noodle portion to the previous 580g.🙇🙏 Some other places offer even larger portions for free.🤫🫣
