super delicious miso raamen! it's a pity that is difficult to go there by car since they only have two parking spots
View on GoogleTasty ramen in a traditional place.
View on GoogleA restaurant whose seasoning sets it apart from places trying to appeal to customers with an attitude of “just make it spicy.” You can enjoy Hokkaido miso ramen with extra-thick curly noodles. The flavor doesn't have a particularly strong distinguishing feature, but I got the impression that every bowl is made with care. The toasted garlic isn't overpowering, either. I'm not someone who wants lots of garlic, but I could enjoy it without finding it too much. To repeat, this isn't a “just make it spicy” flavor, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a bowl that packs a big punch. I don't know what impression 3 stars generally gives people, but there are no negative aspects.
View on GoogleMy first visit in several years. I ordered kuro miso ramen.(My wife ordered miso ramen) I remembered eating it a long time ago and finding it delicious, so I had high expectations, but it wasn't as impressive as before. With both ramens, the surface of the soup felt slightly lukewarm, and the miso flavor seemed a little weak. It may be a matter of preference, but I think it could be because of all the vegetables, such as bean sprouts. It was still quite tasty this time, but perhaps I'd idealized my old memories too much. The staff were incredibly pleasant, so I think I'll visit again sometime. Thank you for the meal. ※There are 2 parking spaces, but they're very narrow, so a small passenger car is about the limit, even with some effort.
View on GoogleThe lively lady owner welcomes you! The parking area is small and beside the road, so I used a nearby paid parking lot. If you bring your parking ticket, they'll give you either an egg or a large portion for free. Personally, I preferred the shoyu to the miso.
