The service women are very friendly and not obnoxious, everything is alright. Menu is japanese only. Air conditioning is not too strong. Food is delicious, bit more expensive but also great taste and very nice serving, professional treatment. I can have MUGICHA refilled anytime I call them by electronic buzzer. It is possible to sit on tatami. I like this place and hope to visit again. Thank you for your work.

Visit around 13:00 on Sunday. There were 3 groups waiting and we were guided in about 10 minutes. This is about the 5th time here. I always eat curry nanban udon, but since I often see people eating tempura, today I ordered tenzaru udon. But the conclusion is a failure. The batter is thick, and it is not my preference. I think it is good for those who prioritize volume. Service is good, and curry nanban udon is highly recommended. The udon is thin and goes down easily, and goes well with curry.

This is also a soba shop I've wanted to visit for a long time. When passing in front of the shop at lunchtime on weekends, I see many people lining up. The second soba tea is delicious. The bottled beer placed on the third is Black Label. This is also a delicious favorite beer. From the fourth to the thirteenth, the menu is a bit expensive but quality items come out accordingly. From the fourteenth to the fifteenth, the inside of the shop is empty as it is just before 5 o'clock. After this, customers came one after another. Sixteenth, I ordered tenzaru soba. The tempura is fried fluffy and each ingredient is large. It is a fragrant frying oil that does not make you feel heavy at all. I think the frying method is good. According to the shop's website, soba is ◆ Soba flour: Highest quality "Miyama" self-milled/stone-ground from Nagashima Seifun Co., Ltd., Konosu City, Saitama Prefecture ◆ Soy sauce: Special hon-komi soy sauce from Kinoene Shoyu Co., Ltd., Noda City, Chiba Prefecture ◆ Katsuobushi: Carefully selected honkarebushi katsuobushi from Sagamiya Co., Ltd., Adachi-ku, Tokyo It seems so. The soup is a soup with an appetite-stimulating taste where the spicy katsuobushi works well and the sweetness comes to the front, and the soba was made elegantly with a faint aroma of soba. Nineteenth, the place to make soba at the entrance. Last twentieth, the entrance of the shop. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

I wanted to eat cold soba during the humid rainy season, so I visited Masahisa which I had visited before. Last time I ate tanuki udon in February, and the taste of the soup at that time was a bit strong and sweet, which was quite to my liking, so I visited again. After 11 o'clock, there was about 1 previous customer. When I looked at the menu, I wanted to eat katsu don 😁 Before entering the shop, I wanted to eat cold soba, but maybe because of this heat, the air conditioning was working too well, so I wanted to eat hot soba, so I decided on the katsu don set with hot soba ¥1500 excluding tax. The set can be chosen from soba, udon, hot, cold. About 20 minutes later, the food arrived. Overall, I think it is small. When I opened the lid of the katsu don, oh 🫢 there are larger cutlets than expected inside. First, one bite... hmm? salty 💦 hmm (°_°) the cutlets are boiled down. There is no bowl sauce on the rice, and instead the cutlets are boiled down and made salty. Moreover, the cutlets are not freshly fried 😓 Next, I tasted the soba soup. Yes, the strong soup with sweet kaeshi is delicious. The fish broth comes out well. Next, I ate soba, and it is quite delicious 😋 It is a kake soba with a quite elegant taste. By the way, I looked at other customers' tempura and ten-don, and it looked delicious. Maybe a choice like tempura and mori soba suited me 💦 Next time I will do that. The katsu don set this time, ¥1500 excluding tax felt expensive to me. ¥1350 including tax is reasonable. If I feel like it, I will visit again. Thank you for the meal

【Masahisa】 Tokyo/Hachioji/Motohachioji ・Ten-don set 1,800 yen ・Large noodle portion extra 250 yen End of year around 14:00 2 out of 3 tatami seats are occupied, counter seats are almost empty After entering the shop, 3-4 groups came one after another Satisfying set Ten-don and soba are both delicious With an extra 200 yen, it is possible to change to handmade (I wanted to try handmade) Large noodle portion for the set was too much My stomach feels like it's going to explode It was delicious Thank you for the meal ⚠️ There is a parking lot, but if more than 50% is occupied, parking might be a bit troublesome? Also, when taking the car out after leaving the shop, the sidewalk is wide so the view is still wide, but the left and right are a bit hard to see and it is a T-junction signal location, so if cars collide, you might panic For those in cars, please be careful
