Delicious & Cheap authentic Chinese food! We ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork (pictured), the Pork & Onion Fried Rice and the Xiaolongbao (pictured). The food was made fresh and came out hot. The portion sizes were good, and the variety on the menu was great. The Xialongbao was a bit of a miss though. The only negative was the restaurant was very quiet apart from the staff talking at points, so we felt a bit awkward talking ourselves. Maybe louder music would be better? Also, there didn’t seem to be a toilet (I didn’t ask- but there weren’t any visible signs).

View on GoogleAt 満福楼 in 八王子, I had the サンラータンメン and half-portion fried rice set. The サンラータンメン had just the right balance of sourness and heat, and the soup had plenty of umami and was very delicious. The piping-hot soup also went well with the noodles, and the flavor became more addictive with every bite. The half-portion fried rice had nicely separated grains and plenty of seasoning, so alternating it with the サンラータンメン made a perfect combination. The set was also generously portioned and left me full. Considering the price, it was very satisfying, and I think this is the perfect place for a relaxed, filling meal. It's somewhere I'd like to visit again when I want delicious Chinese food in 八王子. Thank you for the meal! ⭐️5
View on GoogleI found this place while wandering around looking for a restaurant with good fried rice. They have plenty of fried rice varieties and other menu options, and best of all, affordable prices! Two of us went and ordered pork belly and green vegetable fried rice, another fried rice—what was it again... the one with meat on top—stick-shaped gyoza, and annin tofu. The pork belly and green vegetable fried rice had nicely separated grains and was delicious! But it was a very hot day, so I thought a little more salt would have been nice. There was no salt on the table, and I felt awkward asking, so I ate it as it was. The other fried rice had a stronger flavor and was delicious. The stick-shaped gyoza were unusual. Before our order arrived, a buttery smell was coming from the kitchen, and I thought, "Are they frying the fried rice in butter?" But the fried rice that arrived first had no buttery flavor. Then the stick-shaped gyoza that came next had a faint buttery aroma. Butter in gyoza, really? I'm not sure, but probably butter? Rather than fluffy gyoza full of meat juices, these have a firm meat filling and fairly thick wrappers. They come in an iron pan, so you can enjoy them piping hot throughout. We finished with annin tofu. This, too, felt denser than I had imagined. It had a strong annin flavor and a firm, chewy, dense texture that, even to be generous, couldn't be called melt-in-your-mouth. I usually prefer smooth, melt-in-your-mouth annin tofu, but this one seems like it could become addictive too. Unlike the usual neighborhood Chinese restaurant chains seasoned for Japanese tastes, this is closer to the authentic flavor (though about 2割 is customized for Japanese customers, with the spices feeling toned down). Inside there are 14 tables for 2 people. They probably can be combined and adjusted to the number of people. It was delicious, so I'll go again. I found this place while wandering around looking for a good fried rice restaurant. They have a wide variety of fried rice dishes, as well as many other menu items, and best of all, it's affordable! My friend and I went and ordered pork belly and green vegetable fried rice, another fried rice dish (I forget what it was... it had meat on it), pan-fried dumplings, and annin tofu. The pork belly and green vegetable fried rice was fluffy and delicious! However, it was a very hot day, so I thought it could have used a little more salt. There was no salt on the table, so I hesitated to ask and ate it as is. The other fried rice was flavorful and delicious. The pan-fried dumplings were a bit unusual. Before our order arrived, there was a buttery smell coming from the kitchen, and I wondered, "Are they frying the fried rice in butter?" But the fried rice that came first didn't have a buttery flavor. Then, the pan-fried dumplings that came next had a faint buttery aroma. Could there really be butter in the dumplings? I'm not sure, but maybe it was butter? These aren't the juicy, fluffy dumplings you might expect; instead, they have a firm meat filling and a thick wrapper. They're served in an iron pot, so they stay piping hot the whole time. For dessert, we had annin tofu. Again, it was heavier than I'd imagined. It had a rich annin flavor and a firm, chewy texture that wasn't exactly melt-in-your-mouth. I usually prefer smooth, melt-in-your-mouth almond tofu, but this one is quite addictive. Unlike the typical Chinese restaurant chains that cater to Japanese tastes, this is closer to the authentic flavor (though about 20% is customized for Japanese palates, with spices being more subdued). The restaurant has 14 two-seater tables. It seemed like the tables could be combined and the number of people could vary.
View on GoogleI had the 2-hour all-you-can-eat-and-drink option. Every dish was delicious. Even though it's all-you-can-eat, there are so many menu options that it's hard to choose. The gyoza wrappers were chewy, and the seafood broccoli had a salty seasoning and was delicious.
