This is a sushi place that makes you want to visit on a whim. Even though I drop by suddenly, they always welcome me with a smile. Of course, the snacks for drinks and the dishes featuring seasonal fish are a delight for the palate!!

This is a sushi place I happened to find in Hachioji🍣. The owner and his wife are friendly, and they provided great hospitality. I always take a 30-minute bus ride from Hachioji to visit, and it never fails to meet my expectations! This time, the finale was kanpyo wasabi again~ Thank you for the meal!

It was a last-minute meal with the family, and we had pike conger (hamo) tataki, tuna, spear squid, octopus, and sea urchin; all the ingredients were fresh. For sake, they had Yoshinogawa and Hakkaisan, so we ordered those. The clam miso soup at the end was exceptionally delicious with a rich dashi broth.

The owner and his wife are friendly and wonderful. If you leave it to the owner, you can't go wrong. A place I want to visit with someone special.
