Ramen and half fried rice set 1000円 Very satisfying portions for the price. The shoyu ramen was unexpectedly strongly flavored, with chewy noodles. The fried rice was pale with little egg, also strongly flavored, with chopped naruto, onion, and chicken, and the onion was incredibly tasty. The older lady and gentleman serving were courteous and very warm. This kind of place is the best for regular lunches.

An old-fashioned neighborhood Chinese restaurant. It appears to be run by an elderly couple, and please note that it's only open for lunch. The menu also seems much smaller and more focused than it used to be. Still, I think the food is carefully prepared and delicious.

【A precious place to experience a neighborhood Chinese restaurant】 There's an indescribable excitement to stepping into a restaurant you've been curious about for ages. This was one of those places. The combination of the “マコト” lettering on the building and the red ramen banner intrigued me so much that I'd probably been hoping to visit someday for about 10 years. I'd usually remember it when driving past, then carry on past as always. While heading home, wondering what to do for lunch because everywhere was crowded, there was the マコト lettering, practically glowing red! In 2023, I finally made it. Congratulations to me. I felt like holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Opening the sliding door, the atmosphere alone made me want to punch the air in triumph. It seems to be run by an elderly couple, with classic dishes listed on a handwritten menu. I assembled the winning lineup of shoyu ramen, half fried rice, and gyoza, and was almost moved, wondering how many years it had been since I'd tasted something so delicious without any gimmicks. This is it, exactly! I went with my family, and we were shown to a table in the tatami area and given a small plate for our child too. Its well-worn koala pattern was cute. The Nodojiman singing show playing inside, the Seven Lucky Gods masks displayed at the back—everything created a lovely setting. Although it was our first visit, it felt like eating at a relative's home. So comfortable. I'd like to go back for another meal soon.

Visited at 13:00 on Sunday. There were 2 customers already there. Four tables seating 4 and 2 tables in the tatami area. ・Tanmen 750円 including tax ・Wonton noodles 750円 including tax The food arrived after about 10 minutes. The tanmen had a salt-seasoned broth topped with vegetables. The broth was savory and just the right strength. Plenty of stir-fried vegetables made it filling and satisfying. The noodles were medium-thick and on the soft side. Delicious, but a little lukewarm. The wonton noodles had a soy sauce broth. Plenty of wontons, but little filling. The chashu was ordinary. The noodles were the same soft, medium-thick ones as the tanmen. A typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The 2 staff appeared to be an elderly couple. More customers ordered set meals than noodles. The interior is spacious. Large tables and plenty of space between seats. Relaxed. NHK was on the TV. Cash only; PayPay and similar methods aren't accepted. Parking available for about 5 cars.(2021年1月10日)
