A little further from base but worth the drive. This is a great sushi restaurant for the price. They also have fish tanks where fish occasionally are pulled from and they prepared for your pleasure

I used to only use Uoyamichi, but around the summer of 2021 I used it again for the first time since my boyhood, and since it was very good, I have been visiting ever since. At that time it was just before the price hike, and the lunch Kabuki-don which is now 1980 yen could be eaten for 1280 yen, so it was the best value for money. Now the price is reasonable or a little cheap. Since it includes chawanmushi, miso soup (refillable), drink bar, and dessert, I think it's still cheap. If you have the app, a free soup coupon is distributed every Friday. There is also a paper stamp card, 500 yen for 1 stamp, and you can choose 1 from several prizes with 30 stamps. However, since the expiration date is only half a year, it might be quite difficult to save up unless you use it consciously. This time (2026.2) I visited after 2 weeks, but the sea urchin in the same lunch Manpuku Nigiri (1980 yen) that I ordered last time was served very little, and the bone senbei that I always order and am happy because it is full, this time it was only half of usual, so somehow it felt quite stingy.... Well, maybe I am stingy for feeling that way. I think it was just a coincidence this time, so maybe I'll watch the situation.... I also ordered an additional Piri-kara Ryoshi-don (800 yen), but although the topping was plentiful and good, the spicy part which is the point was not very much to my taste... Too bad. I imagined a sweet and spicy taste like gochujang, but it was a spicy chili taste that was really a little stinging like ichimi. In the midst of the tremendous price hike of Choshimaru, I think this is a shop that is still enduring with good value for money.

Visited again after a long time on the way home from a walk on Akigawa Street. The store itself hasn't changed, but it seems all the staff have been replaced and the number of customers seems to have increased. Looking forward to the future

It was very delicious. I went with my family, but my youngest child doesn't like sushi (sashimi) and it was far from home, so I was worried, but I'm glad I visited. I myself have many things I don't like in sushi, and I don't like it very much, but I thought it was really good. It's just that the tempura wasn't crispy, it was a bit hard and the vegetables were also hard, so it was a pity. If they could fry it a little crispier and the vegetables were also crispy, I could have been more satisfied. In that respect, I hesitated whether to subtract 1 star? But the sushi was really delicious, so I gave it 5 stars. Our family ordered draft beer as usual, but there was all-you-can-drink alcohol (drink bar), so for those who like alcohol, they can also be satisfied.
