Initially, I stopped here to take pictures of the beautiful autumn scenary by standing on the bridge. When I went in to use the washroom, the smell of the katsu was welcoming. The counter staff was warm and friendly and the food was deliciousand affordable.

I like Katsuya's fillet katsu and tonjiru and eat them at each store, but I was surprised and stunned because there were only 2 pieces of pork in the tonjiru (large) (see image). When I asked the staff, they said it was the usual serving. When I checked, is this store managed directly by the headquarters? It's pathetic if it loses to the franchise Minami-Osawa store. PS, I visited again after a long time, but the cheap tonjiru with only one thin piece of meat is still the same. I am stunned because it is completely different from the product image on the homepage. If you want to lower the cost that much, why don't you make a regular miso soup with only seaweed without forcing yourself? Or should replace the product image.

Loin katsu and tonjiru set, as a chain store, the taste is good, the volume is large, the price is cheap, and I was satisfied❗ Does the staff need a little more energy? Speaking voice was also small and overall there was no liveliness. Also, the BGM was like a supermarket song and felt very cheap (lol) the sound was also loud, and I thought it didn't suit the place to eat.

⸻ I feel like there was one more around here, but this seems to be a newly created shop. The inside is very clean and feels good, but the toilet is a bit disappointing... it was quite dirty and I was worried. I use the Katsu shop about 4 times a month, and I am really grateful that I can eat double katsu in the 900 yen range. I think this is the result of corporate efforts. Of course I understand that the shop staff is busy, but if possible, I would be happy if the toilet was cleaned a little cleaner

Came on a weekday around 18:30. Customers were less than half the seats. When entering the store, there was no "Welcome" voice, and there was no guide to the seat, so I sat in the seat on my own. Not particularly busy, but the staff never came outside the counter. Ordering is a touch panel, it's good that you don't have to call the staff. Since it's a chain store, the taste is normally delicious. There is plenty of parking.
